Her efforts went in vain, as Curtis nor Luna appeared pleased about her presence. His deathly stare backed down soon enough - as expected of course, but a sharp ringing whistle from the boy narrowed the Nadder's pupils to fine slits. Was he trying to deafen her? It wouldn't work.
Before she could make any retort, a mass of white suddenly dropped from the sky, shocking Scratchet. At first thinking a random white boulder had suddenly come crashing down, she noticed it had wings, and looked remarkably like her isol species, but white. Her jaw dropped, but realising she was looking like a fool, snapped the toothy maws shut. Hearing that Silty was in fact going to be some sort of translator for the humans, she cocked her head. After gazing at the White Fear in a sort of star-struck state, she finally managed to let out the voice in the back of her head.
"Erm... Translate? But Luna here speaks Dragonese fine..." Scratchet's bulbous blue head snapped to Curtis's, sussing it out. He didn't know dragon-talk. A cackle gurgled in the back of her throat, behind a locked jaw betraying a devious smile.
She shook her head, she still had a plan to execute. Fangirling over an aerobatic can come later. "Eheh, okay. SO," She started, since neither of them had actually 'objected' the giving of romantic pointers. Scratchet winked at Luna, as if to say 'play along'. "First of all, Curtis-boy, is that you gotta show that you're the dominant male, so puff up that chest of yours to make yourself look nice and strong." Scratchet mimicked this, puffing her yellow chest, raising her neck and making a dominant pose. A banded yellow and turquoise tail swished side to side in anticipation.
"Once you have proved that you are a strong and adept male, and the female, here who is Luna, you must make her submit and show her your affection." With this, she gave another, exaggerated wink at Luna, as if to say she wouldn't do anything 'wrong' or 'hurt'. She then advanced, lightly knocking Luna onto her back, and trapping her underneath a foot full of claws. "Aaand then you show affection."
She then gave Luna a very slobbery, smelly lick of her giant split tongue.

He just watched Scratchet do a variaty of diffrent movements, This dragon was both Weird and annoying at the same time. Of corase that takes talent as everyone knows. Curtis just sat there and watched Scratchet up until she licked Luna's cheek. This dragon was quite weird, Curtis didn't one hundred percent like weirdness but he was able to tolerate it pretty well. Curtis tapped his foot on the hard, canyon ground, He wondered if there was a reason that the canyon floor was so much harder then somthing like the forest floor or the beach head. Well, Probably for one thing that the Canyon dosn't have much in the way of vegitation so that could make it the way it is compared to the forest floor that is littered with diffrent types of plants, Trees, lichens, mosses and so on. The beachhead was a pretty much given, Water contently rolled up against the sand that would make it wet and then therefore make it soft. Curtis looked over at Slity, He didn't really bring him in to talk to scratchet. He had brought him in incase Scratchet started to get difficult with Himself and Luna so that Slity could easily shoo Scratchet away. Curtis looked at Slity, "Mind Slity?" Slity nodded and shot a small shot towards the nadders foot to get her to get off.

Luna had been very surprised when scrtachet had knocked her over onto the ground and stepped on her. She let out a wheeze when she stomped her claw-ridden foot on top of her. What the hell did she think she was doing to her?! The rough skin on the dragons foot felt really strange against the bare skin on her stomach. The weight bearing down on her from the dragon was overwhelming- scratchet was practically crushing her rib cage. And for what? To try and teach Curtis how to be a dominant male as she had called it. What did that even mean? Was scratchet trying to tell Curtis to make love to her? Or was it that scratchet was force-teaching Luna to be submissive to males? Was it just scrtachet trying to be annoying? She wasn't sure who this was aimed at, Or what for. She could understand dragonese, but it came to a point was she wasnt at all sure what ran through a dragon's head, especially scrtachet's. Luna tried to wiggle out of scrtachets grip, but before she could, she felt more weight crush her as scrtachet bent her head down and covered Luna in slimy goo as she licked her all over. Luna tried again in vain to get out of the way the dragon had trapped her. Some of her sharp claws dug into her sides and gripped her, holding her down. "what are ypu getting at scratchet?!!!!!?!!!! Luna tried to shout, but it was hard with her lungs being crushed down.

Scratchet almost jumped at the feeling of sheer cold at her ankles. Remembering to jump on the foot that wasn't holding Luna, she hopped in front of where Luna was laying. Balancing on one foot, and shaking the other to get the blood circulating through it again, she just looked at Silty, bewildered.
She took a defensive stance, lowering her head, and spreading her wings as if to protect Luna. The fact that Slity had almost frozen her foot - and almost Luna in the process, did not please Scratchet in the slightest.
"Bloody hell!" She exclaimed, staring real daggers at Silty, unlike his fluffy-headed counterpart. "And I thought your kind of dragon were more intelligent! You're following his orders like some dumb dog! You're better than that!" Emitting a low grumble, she cocked her head to the side a little so Luna could slip into her field of vision, in the 'safety' of Scratchet's clutches.
"Are you okay? I would not want you hurt. I still owe you!" Scratchet muttered quietly to Luna, underneath a growl deep enough that you could almost feel it vibrating the ground. She hoped Luna wouldn't be mad at her - it was understandable, well, to the Nadder anyway.
Returning the death-stare, to Curtis now, she took a deep breath, ready to tell him off: "And YOU, you should be more careful of your actions! You almost froze your mate to death! How do you feel about that!"
Scratchet really hoped Curtis-boy would realise how much risk he had put Luna in just then. Maybe if he came to terms with his mistake, Scratchet considered rewarding him with the clothes he so desired...

Slity didn't fire the shot out of the orders from Curtis, He did it to help Luna. He kept a more passive postion towards Scratchet showing not alot of intrest of Scratchet's defensive postion. During all this Luna had been translating to Curtis. "Well think about it like this Scratchet, If you didn't do this." Curtis gestured to Scratchet having her foot over Luna like a cage with a heart beat in it. "I wouldn't need to try and get your foot off of her and therefore not putting her life at Risk. SO, If you would please as be as so kind to release Luna you would have my thanks." Curtis stood there and looked at Scratchet awaiting to see what she would do next. He didn't want to try and get Luna into more trouble with this. Curtis got adjusted to the tempurate and wasn't botered by it much, He wouldn't be able to stand out here forever but for a long amount of time and hopefully by then scratchet would give up. Curtis looked over at Luna then darted his eyes back up to the Nadder's head. Small winds picked up every now and then but nothing too major to be worried about.

Luna cowered, shivering behind scrtachet, who seemed to be making a defensive stand for her to Curtis and slity. She was shivering both out of fear Amd out of cold. Her eyes were wide Amd staring. She had never been shot at with one of slity's ice bolts, and it had scared her. Somehow she managed to translate the words scratchet meant fOr Curtis to him. She listened as he made defensive retorts. She shook her head. She translated the words to sctratchet in dragonese. She rubbed herself as she waitded for something to happen. She was so cold now. The ice had chilled her to the bone, eventhough she hadn't been directly exposed to it, she still suffered some of the affects. She did kind of wonder what had possessed Curtis to think that was a good solution to the problem. Then again- sometimes it as hard to deal with scratchet, most of the time you could never be sure how she was going to react to things. Amd she wasn't sure how either of them was going to work this out. She cowered silently as rubbed her hands over her bare arms to attempt the warm them up a bit after the cold shock.

Scratchet could feel the cold radiating off the human. Diverting her menacing gave once again, she saw the little mammal shivering - something reptiles couldn't do. Her expression softened, no longer angry, but more concerned for Luna's wellbeing. A dead Luna wouldn't be great when the beast was supposed to be repaying her.
With a final snort at Curtis, a glare at the White Fear, making sure it would not follow, the Deadly Nadder lifted the shivering mass onto her back this time, and took off, flying low this time, as she was aiming for the store of clothes. But only Luna's.
Well, the dragon had no idea which was Curtis-boy's and which was Luna's, so she ended up picking up one of Curtis' boots, and one of hers, her trousers and Curtis' shirt. With the little bundle wrapped up in her clutches, she brought Luna up to a ledge on the cliff face, presenting the shivering human with the clothing. Scratchet crooned a little in satisfaction, as if she knew she was finally doing something right.
Watching Curtis-boy from the vantage point, Scratchet snorted again. There was no room for Curtis or Slity to land on the ledge, just enough space for Luna and Scratchet to be comfortable. Retrieving a rather large quantity of sticks (for a Nadder it was only a claw-full, for humans it's pretty much a whole bunch of thick branches), she set them to one side in a pile.
Hesitating a little, she then blew the pile of sticks on fire, immense heat warming the two beings up. Scratchet, knowing her heat was hotter than usual, shielded Luna from the most of it. The heat of the fire degraded the logs to about the size of a normal fire in seconds. With a sigh and a belch of smoke, Scratchet settled herself down, taking Luna under her wing like a mother hen.
Well, there goes my one shot. I hope Curtis-boy doesn't try doing anything silly now. She thought, keeping a watchful eye on the boy and his dragon. A smile pulled at the corner of her toothy mouth. She wondered if Curtis thought she had set fire to Luna.
"You feeling better now?" She blurted suddenly.

Curtis blinked afew times as Scratchet took off with Luna. Well, Atleast one good thing happened out of this, He finally figured out where his cloths were. "Slity, Go back home Bud. Ill get this handled with." Slity let off a small noise and turned around taking off towards the house again. Curtis sighed and walked over towards the spot where the Nadder had took off from the second time. Curtis looked at the clothings. Half of them weren't even his cloths! Then again what do you expect from a Wild dragon that likes to screw around with people's head and stuff, He grabbed the clothing and carried it, "Now what way." He muttered to himself looked around before looking at a small slope, He walked over to it and started to walk up it and continue to look around for Luna. The dirt and grass that was on the ground felt kinda good of Curtis' feet, At least it wasn't rocks at this point so he was happy about that.
Curtis came to the edge of the canyon. Small winds were whizzing by his head making small whistling noises that were only heard to the one that stood still. He looked around the side of the edges and found a Nadder. Of corse it was Luna and Scratchet, He made his way over to the ledge, He came over a couple of rocks that shot small amount of pains into the bottom of his foot but nothing too bad, Having small pains is better then when he got a giant gash in his leg. So no complaining. Curtis looked at the two, "Why do you annoy me so much." He gave of the kind of tone that was both questioning and annoying. Curtis threw Luna's clothing over to her.

Luna had been pretty unhappy when scratchet decided to scoop her up and fly off with her again. She started to freak out a little, then she realized they were relativly close to the ground, so she just clenched her fists and closed her eyes and bit her lip to keep from yelling or crying. This was becoming highly exasperating, where the hell could she be bringing her? And for what reason? Scrtachet glided up to a ledge set high on the wall of the canyon, they land and scratchet plopped Luna onto the ground. She wasn't very thrilled About the high part. Luna skittered back against the rockface, trying to keep away from the edge. The dragon dropped a bundle of fabric before her, seeming very pleased with herself. Luna realized these were the clothes that the nadder had stolen from she and Curtis. Luna snatched them up only to discover that out of the entirety of the clothes, the only things that were hers was one of the boots and her leggings. The rest was curtis' shirt and one of his boots. Well that meant curtis had the other one of each of their sets of boots and both her undershirt and her overshirt. Luna ran her fingers through her cold, wet hair, trying to remain composed. Just then, scratchet dropped a giant pile of sticks before them and set fire to them. Luna let out a whelp as the blazing hot fire lapped close to her. She pressed herself hard against the rock, breathing quick and shallow. And unfortunately, the heat had only caused very temporary warmth, if she wanted to stay warm she would have to get closer to the fire- which also meant closer to the edge. Luna reluctantly moved herself slowly closer to the fire. Once she had gotten pretty comfortable, scratchet layes down and put her wing over Luna, making almost like a tent over her. Luna hesitantly leaned her body on the big dragon.
Finally the chill from that damned ice shot was wearing off. Luna took curtis' shirt that scratchet has bestowed on her and put it over her head and slid her arms into the sleeves. The shirt was pretty big on her bud she didn't really care. She pulled the sleeves away from her hands so they could continue to be warmed by the fire. She brought some of the cloth to her nose and breathed in. She didn't know why she liked the way Curtis smelled. It wasn't really a scent that could be described, but Luna could lucidly distinguish the smell as 'curtis' and she liked it.
As much as Luna wasn't happy about her current location, at least the nadder had stopped torturing her to no end. It was actually kind of nice- but she wanted to be down with Curtis again. Luna balled up her leggings and sat on them to be more comfortable. Curiously Luna took the one boot she had of curtis'. She slid the shoe on to her own foot and was very surprised at how big it was on her. She smiled To herself as she took his boot off her foot and set it beside her own.
Luna looked up at scratcher. She could barely believe that the creature that had not minutes ago slammed her against the ground and covered her in slobber, which her hair was still wet from. It was pretty gross. Luna couldn't see much from inside the wing that covered her. At one point she thought she saw something land on the ledge out of the corner of her eye, but she ignored it. She heard scratchet ask if she was feeling any better. "I'm not good, but I'm better" luna mumbled in dragonese to the nadder. She wondered how Curtis was going to get her down from here, it didn't seem like scratchet was going to surrender Luna easily.

Scratchet cackled to herself in approval as Silty made his leave. It was so much fun when the adversary didn't have the advantage. Also it lowered the chances of Scratchet having to use her fire, she had now run out of. There was no way Curtis could make his way up to this ledge from down there. She smiled smugly. A victory. Finally.
Luna was busy getting herself comfortable under her wing, which Scratchet liked. She was finally warming up to her! The heat from the warm-blooded mammal and the fire warmed up the cool veins in the behemoth's body. The dragon's mouth pulled back into a wide smile when Luna replied that she felt much better.
Suddenly she heard a mumble of complaint above her. Casting an eye towards the heavens she saw him - Curtis-boy was peeking over the edge, spying on them. Unlike Luna, he had the clothes under his arm, refusing to wear them. Scratchet cocked her head to the side in confusion. Wasn't that what they wanted? Curtis proceeded to drop the clothes down to their ledge, accurately thrown by the dragon's standard; near the wing but not too close to the fire where it would most likely catch and burn.
"Why am I annoying? You found your clothes, and you want to give them back to me?" The Nadder shook her head, she really didn't understand humans at all. An idea stuck her. "Ohhh! You want to trade the clothes for Luna?" Scratchet gave a soft laugh. "I don't need clothes, and Luna already has some. Thanks for asking anyway." Scratchet drew her wing further in, making less of a cold draft for Luna. She grabbed the clothes and threw them back up to Curtis. She gave a smug smile. He was a sore loser. "Besides, you need them more than I do."

There were some things Curtis just wondered by he bothered with. Things like trying to figure out a dragons mental patterns, The most difficult thing you could try and figure out. See if ores acually move around over time passed with certain weather patterns, sun exposeure Yada yada. But somthing like this, trying to help someone he loves was more importent then those others things. Curtis just listend to Luna translate for the two of them, Curtis basically about 'Facedesk' into a near by tree, this was just starting to get annoying. Scratchet just seemed to like to screw with Curtis' mind and it wasn't fun half of the time, "NO!" Curtis covered his eyes with his hand for a moment then slid his hand off his face downwards. "I know you don't need cloths. Your a dragon! Dragons don't need to wear any cloths only the scales on their bodies." Curtis sighed, "Im giving these cloths to Luna, half of them are her's, and the half she has is mine. So that's why Im giving the cloths TO Luna so I can get my cloths." Curtis looked at the Dragon, You would never think a dragon like this would be able to cause so much trouble the way scratchet seems to be able to. Curtis looked off the side of the cliff for a moment then back at the two awaiting an awnser from either of them. Curtis just stood there and waited wiping afew last drops of water off his arms.

luna translated the words to curtis when she realized scratchet was speaking to him. she crawled out of the space under scratchet's wing and stood up. she looked around for curtis trying to find where he was. she looked all around her and to her horror, over the edge- she felt like she was going to throw up when she did so she scuttled back from the edge. when she shuffled backwards from the edge of the ledge, her heel struck a stone and she fell backwards onto her back. she cried out quietly, not expecting the fall. she closed her eyes for a moment as not to look strait into the harsh light of the sun, but she redirected her vision to the edge of the cnanon, where she saw something moving. she squinted against the brightness and saw curtis there, looking over the edge at her with a wad of cloth in his hand yelling at the nadder. she listened to what he said and told scratchet what he said, still on the ground. she watched as curtis threw her clothes back down to her and watched as they fluttrered down. about halfway down though a strong wind came and gusted them away. luna shot up in pursuir of her clothing, but it was in vain because before she could reach them they fluttered over the edge and down into the bowl of the canyon, landing right in the middle of the pond. perfect. she looked up at curtis with a desperate face. 'please get me away from here" she said pleadingly

Scratchet stared at Curtis dumbly as he began ranting over the evident. "What do you take me for? Of course dragons don't wear clothes!". Scratchet rolled her eyes watching the clothes once more being thrown down, but missed the cliff entirely. Scratchet started to wish she had human hands, so she could clap sarcastically at him. "Congratulations, you're on a roll today."
All this while, the Nadder didn't notice that Luna had come out from the safety of under her wing, and had fallen backwards in fright. She only noticed her presence when she called up, asking to be taken away. Not realising she was actually talking to Curtis, she crooned affectionately.
"You know, I agree with you. Curtis-boy is being too much of an idiot to bear with. Let's go get these supposed 'clothes' of yours. Maybe Curtis-boy is feeling the call of nature like us and decided to don his clothes."
With that, she placed Luna on her back, and flew down to the bank. Now away from the fire, it was very cold. Being a Deadly Nadder, Luna couldn't really dismount unless she wanted to fall a long way. The clothes were strewn all over the place. Some were even in the water. Not wanting Luna to get wet again, nor herself, she grabbed a huge stick nearby in her huge maws, and used it to drag the fabric towards the beach, making it easier to access.
Clothing finally recovered, she frowned a little. The blouse was completely ruined, drench in water and mud. "This won't do. I won't allow you to wear it, Luna." She grunted, poking at the wet fabric with the tip of her toe. "It won't make you look pretty."
Bending her bandy knees so that Luna could dismount, Scratchet then set the clothes in a neat pile. Looking Luna up and down, she finally noticed that Luna's outfit wasn't corresponding. Though the Nadder didn't wear clothes, she sure knew a thing or two about looking good.
"Okay, I reckon you should put the same boots on." She said, finally recognising, not realising it was her fault in the first place. "And that shirt is way too small for you at the waist. That's gonna have to be changed." She carried on lecturing Luna about what clothes go with what and what looks pretty. All girls have to look pretty. It was obligatory.

Why Scratchet? Why.. Why did she just love to mess with him. Curtis walked over to the fire and sat down infront of it. He poked it with a stick he found sitting beside himself. He just looked at the small fire and waited to see if Scratchet brought Luna back, He hoped that is what she would do. This day hadn't been going as he hoped it would of gone. He started to mutter under his breath and he tried to pass the time on the cliff of wind.. That's what he could of called it, Alot of wind gusts came by time to time and it was starting to get pretty annoying considering he was half dressed. Thank god it was warm out today or else Curtis probably would be freezing right now, It was still june. Probably one of the warmest months you would get of Berk. "Come on, Just bring her back." Curtis looked around the canyon for a moment and then back at the fire. He taps his fingers on the rock like ground that he's sitting on seeing if Scratchet would return to this spot again.

Luna didn't expect When she pleaded to Curtis to get her away that svartchet Would snatch her up and fly away with her again! But she did. She slung her high onto her back. Luna let out a whelp as she landed ungracefully atop the nadders back. She scrambled for something to hold on to, finding nothing. Now she was mad. She took her little balled fists and beat the dragons back with them as tears fell down her face. Why did she keep flying with her?! The dragon was heavily armored with scales though and Luna wasn't very strong so she probably didn't even feel lunas desperate attempts at getting her attention. When scratchet finally let Luna get off she slid off into a heap on the ground as she dried her fearful tears. She looked up with a fiercely rueful face as tears leaked from her eyes at scratchet. She shouted at her in dragonese "I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE CURTIS! I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH OF A JERK HE'S BEING! then Luna saw that the dragon had retrieved her clothing from the pond- and completely soiled them. Then scatchet began yammering on and on about her cloths. Luna took the opportunity to look around for Curtis. She found him exactly the way they left him. He was still sitting there like a lummox watching her get yanked around like this. Why the he'll didn't he do anything?! He should know she was powerless against this dragon. Why didn't he care? Luna stood up when the nadder said something about her shirt. She replied bitterly in dragon tongue "it's because it's not mine!" and with that she pulled curtis' shirt over her head, balled it up and threw it into the water with an angry "UGH!"then she reached down and took the one boot of his that she had and threw it into the water with a splash and watched it sink to the bottom. Then she flopped back down on the ground and said in a hurt voice to scratchet in dragonese "fine, do whatever you want to me. I don't think he'll care anymore." Luna thought to herself 'and to think I kissed him not an hour ago' as she glanced back and Curtis crouched high on the wall of the canyon. She didn't say anything, but she could tell he saw her look at him. She gave a hurt face before looking back at scratchet who was also watching her intently, and waited for what torturous thing the dragon was going to do to her next.
