Luna was sitting in a nice shady place in the canyon reclined against a rock. It was midmorning. She had been out here since the early morning waiting. A week ago Curtis had left on a trip and said he would be back in a week and to meet him here. Not wanting to miss him, she had gotten up early so she could be here waiting for him. It was kind of a warm day. Well, as warm as berk gets. She was looking forward to seeing Curtis again, she had missed him alot in the last week. She kept her eye on thr sky, waiting to see a white streak that would be slity flying. She folded her hands in her lap and continued to wait. She was there an hour more before she saw it. She saw slity. She smiled and in a few minutes, he landed. He was on the other side on the canyon though. At first glance, she didn't recognize the rider. The rider got off and looked around. He was wearing a long back coat. Luna stepped out of the shadows ever so slightly. And squinted over at the person. She didnt think he had seen her yet. She looked closely, not wanting to approach someone she didn't know, but after a second she laughed to herself and relized it was Curtis, he was just wearing a coat. She stepped the rest of the way out of the shadows and ran as fast as she could over to Curtis. She smiled wide.

It wasn't long before Curtis made it back to Berk. He had decided to rest on one of the nearby islands by Berk before making his way to Berk again. It was a nice and relaxing trip he took southward, He didn't relise it until he started moving back north to Berk again that he wasn't too far from Red Rock. He was still waiting for this entire thing to blow over before he decided to go back for a visit. He was sure that his mom was worried about him, He did tell her that he was going north. He didn't say for what reason though before hand.
On one of the islands Curtis had stopped on was a quient little costal village on a fairly large island. The village seemed to have alot of shops in it. Curtis didn't know why it did becuase this village was the only village on the entire island, He guess that it was there for the travlers and merchants that come by there. Curtis decided to pick up a Long Black Coat there, He thought he needed somthing else to wear instead of his usual clothing. Just for awhile atleast.
When Curtis made his way back to Berk He knew Luna was going to be there waiting for him, He missed her when he was on the trip and He was sure She missed him too. When Curtis landed in the Canyon he Saw Luna come to him, When Luna came up to him, He would give Luna a hug. "Hey Luna" Curtis smiled at Luna. He was happy to be back at Berk. "How have you been?"

Luna flung her arms around Curtis and they hugged each other for a minute before Curtis said hello and asked how she was doing. She smiled when he said her name, one thing she had particularly missed. "I'm doing okay, Curtis" She said smiling. she was so glad to see him again. She said " but I missed you..." her voice trailed off. She smiled at him. She stepped back a step and looked him over, he had a had a long black coat on now. She wondered where he had gotten it. She looked over at slity, she scratched his head "hey, slity. I missed you too" she said smiling. She couldn't wait to hear about what had happened to Curtis and slity in the last week. She liked hearing about his adventures. Really, she liked hearing curtis talk in general. She stepped forward and hugged him again. "I missed you so much." she said quietly.

Curtis felt Luna hug him again, He smiled at her. He would lightly move her back just abit. "I missed you too" He would gently kiss Luna for a moment before pulling away and looking at her. "So what have you been up to latley?" Curtis would motion for Slity to follow them, He would start to walk along as Luna told him what she had been up to. Curtis had somthing planned on where to take Luna. When he was down south he was able to get a hold of the diffrent types of metals there. He decided to make Luna's sword while he was down south. He had time to do so. "Hmm. Sounds intersting." Curtis would laugh abit as they walk into the forest.
Curtis would look around the forest area. "Hmm. Anything of any intrest or importent happen while I was gone?" As Luna started to go on he would lightly turn her to get her to come with him down a small path. Curtis was interiuged to see why Luna's reaction would be to the sword he made for her. They were coming near the area where He put the sword before going to the canyon.

Luna felt curtis hug back begore leaning down slightly and giving her a quick kiss. They walked out of the canyon and she took his hand. Luna walked along next to Curtis and talked to him. She was telling him about what had happened in the last week. They walked for awhile and he would nod every once in awhile or laugh or give a short response. They walked through the forest untill they reached a small path with Curtis led her down. He seemed like he was going someware in particular, she wondered where as she continued to talk. They didn't seem to be heading towards his house or towards town or the beach or the mountains, they just seemed to be going. She looked at him with a questioning look. "where are we going?" she asked. The way they were going looked like it was going to open into a small clearing. She glanced behind her and looked at slity who gave her a smiling look. He motioned with his head for her to look forward again. She felt Curtis let go of her hand as he reached over to grab something before coming back towards her.

Curtis would walk over and would grab the sword from behind a rock. He would hold it behind his back and would walk back towards Luna smiling. "Remember the day when I was training you with using a sword?" Curtis would smile as Luna remember and said replied with a Yes. Curtis would take the sword out from behind his back and would hand it to Luna. "Here, I made it when I was away."
The blade would be a light weight one. It was slightly doubled edged. It would have a bright shine to it. At the bottom of the somewhat large blade was a grip around the blade. It was put there to make sure that the blade would slip from the hilt for some odd reason. Curtis would smile as Luna took the blade. "So, How do you like it?"

Luna took the blade in her hands, it was wonderful. She couldn't believe he had made it. She took it by the grip and held it tip up, looking at the blade. It was sharp. She Let it drop into her hand so she could look at it lengthwise. It was shiny and long, but yet it was a lightweight blade. She looked it over for a few more moments before looking up at Curtis. "thank you, Curtis!" she said to him. She had never fought with a sword, she wondered if she would ever use this sword in a real battle. She hoped she would be able to use it well. She looked over at Curtis again and smiled. She set the sword down before she sat down on the ground with her back leaning on a rock and motioned for Curtis to sit down with her. He did and Luna crossed her legs and put her elbow on one of her knees before creating a fist with her hand and setting her head on it. "so, tell me about your week" she said to him and smiled.

Curtis smiled as Luna asked him about his week. He thought it through for a moment before speaking. "Well, The first two days were just days I spent going down south." Curtis pause and would think again. "I came to a small island and talked to some of the locals there. I had decided to ask them if they knew anything about the Red Rock Leader. They said they just brought someone else into rule" Curtis would laugh abit before starting up again. "That means my Dad isn't leader anymore, That also means Ill be able to go to Red Rock again sometime. " Curtis smiled for a moment looking around of the somewhat cold day. The Skys were clear, The sun was out and about in the large sky.
Curtis would start up again. "So, On about the third and fourth days I stayed, Those are the days I spent on making this" Curtis would point to the sword he had given Luna. "The rest of the days were days I spent coming back up here. One of the islands I stopped at I got this." Curtis would point to the coat he was wearing. "Heh, And now Im here." Curtis would smile looking at Luna. Curtis would look down at the Pendent he had around his neck. "Anything Else?"

Luna listened to Curtis as he told her about his week. She smiled as he talked about, red rock it was where he had visited and it was his homeland. She wondered more about what it was like there. She let her mind stray a bit. She thought what it would be like to visit hysteria. She shuddered at the prospect. They would make her stay and make her the leader when her father died. She ran the tips of her fingers over the branding on her right hip as she thought about this. She would never return to Histaria if she could help it. She looked at Curtis. "no, not really." she said in reply to his question. "I'm just glad your back." she said leaning against him and taking his hand. She looked over at slity who was sitting close by. Slity was never far from Curtis, they were very close. She stroked him a few times on his head. She turned her attention back to Curtis. She smiled and reached over for her new sword and set it across her lap, it overlapped onto curtis' lap as well. "and thank you for the sword." she said as she touched her nose to his and looked into his eyes.

Curtis smiled looking into Luna's eyes, He looked around for a moment before returning his gaze back to Luna and would lightly kiss her for a moment. He pulled back and smiled at Luna again. He would get up and would look at Slity. "Here, Ill fly you back to your house." Curtis would hold out his hand to allow Luna to grab it and help herself up. Curtis would hop up onto Slity's back and would help Luna onto Slity's back aswell. Once Luna was up onto Slity's back and was seated right Curtis would push Slity up into the air.
After some amount of time the returned to Luna's house, Curtis hopped off Slitys back and help Luna down afterwards. "Here we are." Slity would move out of the way from Luna's door so she could walk to it. Curtis gave Luna a Quick hug before hopping back onto Slity's back. "Ill see you later Luna." Curtis smiled before Slity bounce into the air and took off back towards the forest. Everything was normal back at Curtis's house. Nothing was out of place just abit dirty since he left. He decided to get to work on cleaning up he had nothing better to do right now.
