Horik saw the large dragon. it was deffiniatly one he has rarely seen before around the island and it had a different body structure then the other dragons. Another wave of wind whipped past his face, that was the kind of thing that kept him calm. Not that he wasn't calm already.
Argent looked at the dragon with his head tilted. His eyes were a little wide. He looks like he's threatend by the looks of the dragon, especially one thats that large. A small puff of smoke came from his nose but it was a very small amount.
Horiks eyes widend abit. Did she just call the dragon weird?! That dragon can probably understand ulrika easy. he watched the dragon get it's self ready to what looked like either attack or charge. This could also be a little way to scare off Ulrika, he hoped it was that because he didn't know how he would help her if this dragon was going to attack her. He started running things through his head on what he might do just incase. Well, at least he had one idea on how he might help Ulrika in the worst case senecio,

The Dragon landed with a heavy thud, making the ground around it tremble. It craned it's long, red and scaly neck, staring right at Ulrika. It was obvious the dragon was not best pleased with the girl at all. It flicked it's tongue out before letting out a puff of smoke. Ulrika took that into consideration - it obviously breathed fire.
Suddenly, the dragon sprang from where it stood, coming in for the kill. Eyes widening, Ulrika threw herself to the side, easily dodging the dragon's attack. Rolling on her shoulder made the fall less painful, but she fell right onto a root which grazed her bare shoulder badly, not to mention almost dislocating it. Seething as she recovered from the break-fall, she was now behind the dragon.
Inspecting her shoulder, pulling off bits of moss on the oozing surface, she grinned. It stung like crazy, but she couldn't help but poke it anyway with a small giggle, getting pus and blood on her fingers. Pain was an interesting sensation.
Looking at the dragon, she appeared to be right by it's tail. It was long, red and whippy. Like hundreds of tiny rubies, Ulrika couldn't help but approach and lay a hand on the scales, forgetting about the dragon's current fit of anger.
Before the red dragon could react, she decided to jump onto his back, on the mindset that if she got onto the back of the dragon, he would comply and 'become' her dragon. Squeezing her knees into the dragon's back to not fall of, she raised two clenched fists into the air.
"I have tamed this mighty beast...!" She bellowed triumphantly, though her feminine voice didn't give the right sort of dramatic, heroic atmosphere she had hoped for.

Winter growled when he snapped at empty air, having missed the Viking completely. His eyes narrowed to just slits in annoyance, only to snap open as a light grip brushed the scales of his tail before a barely there weight climbed to settled on his back, hearing the viking female speak Winter turned and glared with a growl.
A grin stretched across his maw, as he finally registered a few of her words. We shall see if she can tame me. Making a rumble like purr in order to get the girls attention, once he finally got her attention he grinned wider before spinning around and racing toward the edge and jumping off.
Large wings snapped open just before hitting the bottom, his underside brushing against the ground as he quickly maneuvered himself to shoot up in a spin to the sky. Winter didn't make it easy for the viking; spinning, curving and diving before shooting upward.
That dragon had better know how to fly if he plans on keeping her alive. But, if she can stay on for as long as I deem worthy, she shall retrieve another try.
With his wings beating at a fast pace, Winter flew away from the forest.

Ulrika beamed as the dragon beneath her vibrated with a half purr, half growl. Suddenly, he turned around, sprinting straight for a nearby cliff face.
"Whooaaa..." Ulrika yelled, slowly getting louder. Just before the dragon jumped into the void, Ulrika managed to leap forwards a little, to hold onto the red dragon's curved horns, like handlebars on a bike.
The dragon dived, and fell so fast - it made Ulrika's eyes stream with liquid and go cold, making her squint a little. The speed they were falling made her only just holding onto those pale bony structures, her feet flying behind.
The dragon suddenly spread it's wings wide, making Ulrika's tiny body slam flat against the dragon's smooth neck. The dragon shot into the sky, the ground merely a patch of green below them. He was doing all sorts of manoeuvres, as if it was trying to throw her off. Ulrika interpreted it otherwise, yelling whoops of joy from the adrenaline rush.
As Winter twisted himself through the sky, forces made her slide from side to side, up and down. For the most part she was barely even sat on the dragon's back, not even for a short period of time. At one point she almost lost her grip on the smooth horns, but she quickly recomposed herself despite the movement, taking grip even further down.
"Whoaaaa draggy! We need to practice your flying!" Ulrika screamed over the winds. "I'll never be able to ride you if you do this all the time!"
Suddenly, a sharp barrel roll made Ulrika slip, despite her firm grip, and she fell into the void. It took her a few seconds to register she was suspended in mid-air, with a feeling of pure weightlessness. In reality, she was plummeting to her doom.
Seeing the red dragon flying away, Ulrika managed to outstretch an arm despite the whistling wind tearing past her. "Draggyyy NOOOOO!!!"

Horik watched the entire thing that was going on with the young title girl and the large dragon. He was scared for Ulrika this dragon was wild and wouldn't do as she said. Horik got on Argents back and moved into the clearing ster the dragon had taken off. Horik pushed argent and the white dragon bounced into the air and flapped its wings towards the dragon. Horik looked around the sky for a moment as argent kept back from the larger dragon, the last thing they wanted to do was get attacked by the dragon and killed.
Horik watched as the dragon did a roll and Ulrika lost her grip. His eyes widened and pointed. "Argent! Grab her!" Argents eyes widened and flew down towards Ulrika. Argent raced and broke through the wind towards the little girl. Then flew over Ulrika and Argent grabbed Ulrika by the arms. "Did you get her Argent?" Argent looked under him and saw Ulrika in his claws. He let off a noise raises his head again. Argent flew to e beach head and descended dropping Ulrika lightly on her feet and argent landing. Horik got off and looked at Ulrika

..........
Winter blinked as the gently breeze kept him hovered in the sky, insight of the dragon and two humans. He was pleasantly surprised when the female actually fell off.
With a snort the large dragon twisted around and carefully grounded himself on the other side of the cold beach to continue observing them from a safe distance.
Folding his wings, the muscles burning, in advance to plopping his hind to the sand, a painful twinge reminded him of what he was doing before. With a sneer on his maw and a quite growl he turned to glare at the skewered scales.
Wait.
Sending a blank expression toward the other beach occupants, white teeth flashed before Winter hefted himself up and slowly started to pad over to them. Sharp claws dug into the cold sand, kicking it backwards with each step of his powerful legs.
Narrowed amethyst eyes stayed trained on them. Winter could tell that he was around the same height as the other dragon, larger than the other dragon and easily towering over the humans.
Nostrils flared as he grew closer, head lowering toward the ground to view them easier. Large, sharp claws dug into the sand after coming to a stop a ways from them.
With his jaws closed and in a – hopefully – docile posture.

Ulrika frowned as the red dragon grew ever smaller, and the ground ever closer, though she paid no mind to it. She was about to fold her arms to pout at her loss of yet another dragon, when something from above grabbed both her arms. Looking up, three long, pointed claws were firmly tightened around her limbs.
The claws, of course, belonged to Argent. Ulrika felt her stomach churn as the speed of her descent was dramatically reduced. The Nightmare craned it's shiny metallic head to verify that Ulrika was indeed in his claws - Ulrika gave a goofy grin in return.
The dragon took her to a beach, dropping her several feet from the ground. Ulrika, who was used to falling from great heights, had developed a nimble ability to easily break her fall - she did so, the soft sand also helping to cushion her land. Rolling on her shoulder, the momentum allowed her to rock herself back to her feet. As she regained her footing, she saw her saviour, along with Horik atop his back land further ahead, whipping up dry sand into the air.
Gambolling to their side, Ulrika had a huge grin on her face. "You're so cool!" She exclaimed, hugging Argent and completely forgetting Horik, since it was technically him who had control over the dragon. Releasing her fierce grip around the dragon, she then frowned, looking to the sky.
"I didn't get that dragon though. I guess it didn't like me... again" With that, Ulrika slumped her shoulders, her whole frame slouching.
A few moments later of sulking, the strange red dragon came to land further down the beach. The heavy thud of the huge creature made Ulrika look up, and by consequence made a smile return to her face. She stepped forwards at the same time as the dragon. At first the dragon was baring it's teeth, but quickly hid the pearly whites as he shortened the gap. He was in a posture of submission, though Ulrika didn't know that.
They were mere metres between each other, where Ulrika stopped, looking into the dragon's red-purple eyes, which already wasn't the best thing to do to a dragon that didn't enjoy humans on his back. Looking in the eyes was often a sign of aggression. Ulrika beamed.
"Have you come to apologise for making me fall?" Ulrika asked in a kind, naive manner. She didn't even give the dragon time to respond, "Well I forgive you!" After a moment, she studied the dragon. It was big and red and pretty awesome by her standard, but still boggled by it's appearance. It wasn't a dragon she knew of.
"Are you some sort of deformed Monstrous Nightmare?" She blurted. "Why do you have four legs instead of two like other Nightmares? Like Argent!" She made a motion to the dragon behind her, who used it's wings as forelimbs to walk on the floor in a pterosaurs-like fashion. Winter kept his wings off the ground completely.
Ulrika didn't realise that her question could be taken as a truly offensive insult.

Horik laughed as Ulrika was talking and making fun of the dragon about multiple different things, he looked at her and laughed again. He looked around for the dragon when a wind whipped by and he realized he shouldn't be laughing at or about this dragon while it was still around. This could anger it slot or get it annoyed enough to attack them, either way those options Arnt the best. He grabbed ulrikas shoulder lightly and looked at her. He knelt down to get to her eye level. "I don't think it's smart to mock the dragon like that."
He looked around the sky for the dragon to see if it was coming back around. He couldn't see it yet so that was a good sign. "It's not smart to piss off a dragon off that size. It could easily grab you and take you away. Now. Why don't we make our way to the village." he put his hand on her wrist not grabbing it just touching. "come on." He turned and walked to argent and patted him getting on. Argent was ready to take off.

He quickly forgot the reason on why he came over when she started talking. Winter growled in annoyance; not quite understanding Ulrika, but realizing she had made a few offense insults towards him and quite possibly his kind. He was nowhere in relation to Monstrous Nightmares, much less from this area, so he had no idea where she was coming up with him being one of them.
His large wings ruffled slightly from where they rested upon his sides, the bone and leather structures straining to stay closed instead of shooting open to fly off and away from the humans and tamed dragon or start a fight with the Nightmare and take it to the sky where he was much more comfortable at.
Winter felt a tick appear above his eye as she rambled; quickly getting annoyed, he spread his limbs apart and planted them with claws digging into the sand, lowering his head and lowly growling. Parting his jaws enough to reveal his teeth and the saliva that coated against them, his long tail swished and curled behind him. Red-purple eyes glared as he tightened his muscles, releasing them in a spring as he lunged with jaws open; uncaring of the other dragon nearby.

After Ulrika's remark, she heard Horik come up behind her and tell her it wasn't a clever thing to say to a wild dragon. She turned a little to listen to Horik, slightly ignorant of his words. She wasn't insulting! She was just asking a question! Ulrika shook her head at his proposal though.
"Oh come on! I'm this close to getting a dragon of my own!" She complained, along with the corresponding hand signals. Just then, the dragon began to growl. Turning around, she saw the huge beast was in a more agressive stance, teeth baring and tail swishing like an angry cat.
"See? It doesnt want to be ig-NORED!" She shouted the last part as her legs instinctively buckled and sent her to the floor, her hands and face slamming into the sand. She was now under the dragon's chest, and where Ulrika was once stood was Winter's jaws, which had snapped thin-air.
With no time to lose, Ulrika began to move along on her belly under the dragon towards the other side of the dragon. Wide-eyed, Ulrika was now giving up on training this dragon. It didn't want a second chance to be tamed - it wanted a second chance to eat her. Escaping the shadow made by the dragon, she scrambled to her feet, kicking sand behind her - some hitting the dragon, and scarpered.
She didn't think about Horik and Argent - Argent was a Nightmare, so she had no worries for them at all. Nothing could beat a Nightmare in Ulrika's opinion - except maybe a Night Fury. But the odds of that were incredibly slim, even in these times.
Finally finding more cover of forest, she quickly scouted for a hiding place. The dragon would probably try and hunt her down, so she had to be concealed. She found what she wanted, and tucked herself into a hollow cavity under some tree roots.
Her arms wrapped around her bare skinny knees, she hoped the dragon wouldn't find her and devour her, or she would have to run again. What she knew was that she didn't want Argent or Horik to save her - she'd done this thousands of times by her lonesome - she will continue for a thousand more.

Horik watched the entire thing happen Infront of him. He watched as Ulrika scrambled away from out beneath the dragon. Well, at least she was out of the way now. But the dragon might still be in a different state of mind. Horik looked down at argent. Argent started to flap his wings getting ready to finally take off. If Ulrika was hiding maybe this was a good thing to do, she was able to run away from such a large dragon so it shouldn't be too much more of a challenge for her.
Horik and argent took off into tHe wide open air. Horik looked down at the dragon, argent decided to do circles around the air above the dragons head.
"What does it want really." Horik said out loud to argent. Argent replied with some tones from his mouth. Horik shrugged abit and examined the dragon from above. So dad it wasn't doing anything to come after them which to Horik was a good thing, really do you want a dragon like that chasing you through the air?
Horik looked down bellow seeing if he could spot Ulrika, but because she was hiding he couldn't find her. He sighed abit, hopefully she was smart enough to get out of there already.

<RKB: You have been warned. You did give me permission to join after all.>
Its been a looooong time... How has Berk been?
The male chuckled quietly to his own bemusement as he watched the events take place down on the sand. A few pale locks were swept in front of equally sullen eyes as he shifted to lean against a boulder, sitting in the ground. The Ghost flipped a knife casually in his hands. Five long months of Hysteria. Five long months of hunting. And he had come up without a single head on his record.
He spat on the ground and scorned himself irritably at that point. Watching the other's, however, did bring a certain amusement that he would recognize as being stealthy. It wasn't like any of them would recognize him even if spotted: it wasn't that damn claymore-wielding Outsider or the daughter of his enemy. Naught, he could not place a finger on any one of the individuals.
His mind slackened a bit. That dragon. Winter.
It had been five long months since Ghost had gone. He tended slightly and cursed to himself. Even if either dragon scented him, he highly doubted he would be recognized in earnest. It was a too long a time. Wasn't it? Hold it together. You've just got to leave. NOW.
He sheathed the knife and braced for a sprint.
<Also, apology for ruddy quality and short post. Working on dead battery.>

Teeth snapped at empty air; a deep growl reverberating through his chest. Red-violet eyes glared as his gaze turned to the side to view the Nightmare and human, and the other one bolting into the trees. This turn of events angered him. Contemplating on whether he should chase the female or fight the dragon.
Regarding the dragon beating his wings above him, Winter inhaled as a gust of wind blew past, causing the sand to blow across the ground. His eyes snapped wide open as a scent entered his nares. That scent had been nagging at him for months now and to smell it so freshly must mean the person was there.
Slowly turning his head to aspect toward the area the wind had come from, had his searching orbs land on what he was searching for. Winter wasn't a very happy dragon as Ghost had disappeared on him for months.
Rearing up on his hind limbs, he opened his jaws wide and roared, uncaring of the birds that scattered from the forest at the loud noise. He flapped his wings, the structures having spread open when he rose up, strongly a few times before he shot into the air.

Curled up under the roots, she could hear faint beating of wings in the distance, though she did not know who's wing beats they belonged to. Ulrika was starting to wish she had brought her hunting gear - she had no idea where she was, but if she kept this up she'd probably end up coming home very late if not staying the night in the forest. Right now she only had a small knife on her. Ulrika shrugged to herself. She preferred hunting with her bow, but she was open to making simple traps if she had to.
Suddenly, she heard a rustle not far away. Peeking out of her hidey-hole, she could hear the fast-paced footsteps. Her trained ears told her it wasn't an animal - but a human. Was it Horik? Ulrika doubted it, he would surely be with his dragon. Curiosity got the better of her, and decided to follow the elusive individual, unknowing that she would be taking herself out of the frying pan and into the fire.
"H-hey! Wait up!" Ulrika called after the individual, catching up, but he was still further ahead. "Are you running away from the dragon too?" Her shouts would once more let any raging dragon alert of her presence, and by consequence that of the shady individual too.
Behind her, a terrifying roar could be heard coming from Winter, though she didn't know the roar belonged to him. Soon enough, the upper canopy of the trees were being whipped and bent rhythmically to wing beats of two dragons, though from where Ulrika was, she could not tell who was who. The screeching of birds rang through the air as they launched in urgency.
Ulrika couldn't help but feel she was being hunted. Which was for her both a natural yet unnatural feeling, seeing as she herself was a proficient hunter. The thought made her steps falter, almost losing the strange man in the thickets. Lost in her thoughts, she stumbled and fell after tripping on some roots. Breaking her fall subconsciously, she rolled onto her back, staring up at the shadows through the canopy. She wondered which one was Argent.
She raised her fur-covered arms to the heavens slowly. "Argent! I'm here!" She called out. The mysterious person intrigued her, but she also didn't want to get lost in the woods.

"Idiot! Look what you've done!" Ghost cursed ladenly to himself, picking up the pace and spinning around. The woods were too open to fire. It would burn in instants. The male rushed again for the beach, where he at least had a fair chance to run and dodge. He wasn't sure if the dragon remembered him or not, and if he didn't... Well, Winter had a reputation.
He burst out of the trees, black good pulled tight as he dashed forthright across the pearly sand whitewashing the shore. His boots threw up clouds of sand as he went, but the sand was ever shifting and only served to slow his progress. "Winter, I swear, if you can hear me, LAND!" He let go of his hood, knowing he'd either be dead or remembered. The Ghost threw up his arms and yelled the dragon's name again. I hate it when I don't have the advantage of stealth.
