OOC NAME TO CALL YOU BY: Winter
YEARS OF RP EXPERIENCE: Almost 2 years (now that I think about it)
RP EXAMPLE OF THE CHARACTER YOU'RE APPLYING FOR:
It was nights like these that Heimdall loved. A full moon and a sky full of stars shining brightly down on the earth. The clearing he lay in now, was shining with the light from above, causing the grass and his fur to shine. Stretched out like a feline, Heim enjoyed the beautiful night. Not looking forward for when day came and he would have to hide. His long tail swished in the dew covered grass, soaking it and causing a purr to rumble forth. Rubbing his long snout into the grass, purple eyes became half-lidded.
A boom jolted Heim, his reflexes landing him on all fours in a defensive stance. Relaxing when he realized nothing was around; the Celeris looked up just as a flash of light broke from the sky. Rain started to pour down, soaking dark blue fur. A beautiful night taken over by the storm. Shaking his head, Heimdall turned around and headed to his cave in hope that the next night will be better than this one.
The cave walls were cool as he walked down them; the dwelling where he had made his home appeared almost as a strange home with a hallway and rooms. At the moment he was making his way to the small stream that was deeper within. The walls shone with a white light, the small stream seeping down through the walls. It was refreshing to drink from the water as it was cleaner and tastier then water on the outside.
Food. The thought made Heimdall remember that he had not eaten in almost four weeks. He would have to hunt the next night, with any luck there would be something out and about during the night or he would have to brave the day.

ABILITIES:
- Telepathy: Limited. The main way the Celeris speaks to others. They can choose weather only one person can hear them or everyone. The limitation is that they cannot speak inside someone’s mind if that person doesn’t want them to and if the mind is open, bits and pieces are only captured.
(They have an undeveloped larynx that only allows them to portray their emotions. Also the reason they can't roar.) - Venom: Limited. Very much like a snake, the Celeris’ fangs are able to secret venom, but only a certain amount before having to wait 2 hours for the venom gland to fill.
- Speed and Agility: Being wingless, the Celeris had conditioned themselves to be fast and agile; keeping them in top form for running from other predators (mainly aerial dragons) and chasing faster prey. The Celeris has two different speeds, the main one which allows them to reach up 100 mph but only lasts five seconds before having to stopping. And the second one is more of a gallop (used more for play and exercise then real hunting.)
HISTORY:
- Heimdall had been raised by a Monstrous Nightmare who had lost her eggs. He never realized he was different from her besides the fact that she always kept him hidden from other dragons.
- One day, when he was a little bigger than a Terrible Terror, his mother never came back to the den. Not knowing where she was or what happened, Heim just stayed inside to wait for her.
- A few weeks passed before he realized she wasn’t coming back, so he left the den to wander the Island. And never seeing another dragon besides a Nightmare, he was taken back when a Deadly Nadder came into view.
- Not knowing any better, the young Celeris turned to run but made enough noise to grab the Nadders attention. It was fast, that Heim only realized he wasn’t on land anymore, halfway out in the sea. The Nadder had a strong grip on him as they flew over. A short time passed before they were in view of land and Heim bit the Nadder that released him to drop into the freezing water.
- With more skill and agility then he should have, Heim made it to land, scrabbling over the rocks on his way up.
