HISTORY:
Beow is an orphan. He father died while his mother was pregnant and his mother died giving birth to him. He was raised by his widowed aunt, who didn't care much for children, so didn't do a very good job of raising her nephew. But Beow never went without. He was always clothed and fed so there wasnt much to complain about, he was always very independent for this reason though. A couple months after Beow turned 12, his aunt died, leaving the boy completely Alone in the world.
The reason Beow was exiled from the town is also how he got his dragon, Calypso. He was 12, he still lived in the village, just after his aunt died. When Beow discovered a Viking who had found a beautiful dragon in the forest, a Galewing. Beow was instantly enamored by the adolescent dragon's form and anatomy. Her flying was so smooth and graceful, she was truly one with the wind. Her scales were a deep, dark teal and her long tail, made of 3 flowing tendrils, whipped and flowed gracefully behind her in the breeze when she took flight. [Ill be the only one with this type of dragon so I'm taking some liberties with appearance if that's alright] her delicate aerodynamic figure was beautiful and her vast wingspan was fascinating. Beow longed to fly her, for her to be his, to tame this dragon. he'd watch her whenever her owner would take her for a fly. Her spirit was unbroken by this Viking who wanted to break the dragon and force it to behave ideally to him. But the dragon's sense of freedom and wild spirit only made Beow want her more. The rebelliousness soon got out of hand, and when he thought no one was watching, the Viking beat the dragon and used tyranny to force the dragon into his mold of behavior. But Beow was always watching, and the abuse greatly distressed him. One day, the Viking tied the dragon up in tight ropes, almost strangling the graceful creature. Beow became very upset. He ran, he took a knife and when he returned to the dragon, he began to cut her ropes, to set free the glorious creature. Well, the master of the dragon found him doing this. He became extremely angry towards the boy. He ripped the knife out of his hands and maimed the galewing several times before throwing the weapon back at the boy. The Viking hated the dragon Amd the boy alike. So he blamed Beow for attemting to murder his dragon. Beow had no one to to testify for him. Both his parents were dead and his aunt was recently deceased. He was alone in the world, and the Viking being a long-time resident of berk was believed above Beow and he was thrown out of the village and told never to return. Well now Beow never wanted to return, thus begging his rebellious nature against the small town. He retreated into the woods And in a few days found a cave, where he lives to this day.
About a week later, the galewing escaped her bondage to the tyrannical Viking and fled with one thing in mind. Her cuts hadnt healed completely yet, but she only had one thing in het mind- Find that boy. Well she did. She even eventually found Beow, who was completely surprised. The dragon decided to stay with him, he would be her master no one else. She allowed himto ride her, and her allowed her to keep her wild spirit, yet she maintained being docile and tame enough for him. The two live together in harmony as dragon Amd rider.

Only a few branches knocked down, and of course plenty of leaves littered the Forest floor. His eyes scanned the area around his abode, his cave where he resided with his dragon, calypso. He wondered where she had gotten to. Proabaly just out for a good fly to stretch to winds after the rain. She was always itching to fly, that was just her nature. Beow continued to clamber up the tree, fearlessly climbing to heights until he was above the tops of the short trees. He climbed with agility out to a limb. He held on with both hands as he reached the near end of the hefty bough. He looked at the view. It was beautiful, overlooking the Forest floor through the leaves and branches of armies of trees that march through the entire forest, making it up. his forest. 'Anyone who doesnt want to live in the forest is a fool' he thought to himself as he surveyed the wooded place and smiled to himself. He knew he would always be at home here.
