Storm felt a warm hand glide down her scales, along with a warm, wet feeling. She could tell it was blood, but she didn't care. She loved the attention. Storm never used to feel like that at all before.
She could sense the unease with the human, and her head tilted towards her neck. The girl was trying to wipe off something from her neck. Blood, from the cut on the girl, was streaked along her deep black scales. Storm nudged the girls hand from behind her back and licked her wound. To her it tasted good, but she kept her calm and did not attack.
She knew that if she was her normal self the girl would be gone in a flash. Mammalian blood made her crazy normally. But she kept her calm and laid back down. She heard the girl say something about her wounded wing, and she nodded.
"Yeah, I know its wounded, probably a sprain. I'm going to need a while to stay off it. Around two weeks." Storm replied. She heard the Ambassador speak up, and in her mind she also sensed the jealousy in his voice. She grinned behind her lips and didn't say a word. She knew that the two of them will never like each other, and always lock horns.
She purred in the back of her throat, lying her head on the ground at the girls feet. Her heart beat slowed down as she began to relax, feeling security and comfort.

{(AND I DON'T WANT)} the world to see me Ingrid felt a sort of comfort in the fact that the female wasn't like a Deadly Nadder, thank the gods. But, her body tensed once more as the reptilian surprised her yet again. Feeling the warm, moist tongue of the Galewing run over her wound was not something she would've expected, and neither was the reaction. She would've thought that the untamed creature would've gave into her instincts at the smell and taste of blood, but...This magnificent beast was as calm as ever, practically indifferent to the red liquid that spilled from her wound. Staring at the dragon in disbelief, the young viking couldn't help but smile at her as she gently sunk to her knees beside the female.
Hardly listening to the words of her Ambassador, she was tempted to snap at him to keep quiet once more, but she found it pointless to get mad at her best friend for being concerned. "Just...wait, Montore. We can't just leave her here."
, she said back to him, her voice leveled and soft. Yes, she could tell that there was something wrong, but she would deal with them after she was able to at least do something to help the now handicapped reptilian. To leave the female here would be just plain cruel in her opinion. The ability to hunt and defend herself would be close to impossible if she was left here on her own. Though, she may have been perfectly equipped to do those activities without the use of her wings, but why make such a risky gamble. "Maybe...maybe I can help you and take care of you. It could heal faster?", she offered, her voice soft as she spoke in Dragonese, not actually sure how the wild creature would accept treatment from a human like her. She would completely understand if the Galewing had some kind of resistance to it, but from what she understood, it seemed to her that the dragon trusted her. At least, enough to let her get close and pet her, so perhaps she would trust her enough to help. She really hoped the reptilian would accept the offer, though, knowing well that wild creatures never healed as well as they potentially could. In the wild and on their own, a bone, joint or wounder was more likely to heal incorrectly or even become infected. And, that was something Ingrid didn't want to happen to such a magnificent beast as her. ~.~.~.~.~.~.~ Even though it was perfectly clear that he had no liking of any sorts towards the female, montore knew the dangers of being a handicapped dragon. Of course, there weren't really any threats of being hunted by a predator since him and his reptilian cousins had no such thing, but there was always the risk of starvation, or perhaps an attack from another dragon. Though, the probability of something like that was far beyond likely. At least, in his line of breed it was. He and his kind were never one to attack each other, really, unless the other did pose a threat to them. Usually, though, it was for perhaps food if there was a time where one could find none. Even then, though, fights were below them. At least, in his mind they were and the idea of fighting over food was idiotic. Quietly grumbling his complaints, the Ambassador made himself comfortable. Or, as comfortable as he possibly could be around this disrespecting female. Snorting with annoyance, Montore settled himself down onto the grass beneath him, his sharp, violet eyes watching the two. He knew Ingrid was only trying to help, but he couldn't help but wonder if it was really the right thing to do, becoming nervous with all the possible risks that presented themselves.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote] {('CAUSE I DONT THINK)} that they'd understand Speech ThoughtsWords of other charrie(s) TAGGED;: Stormy/Open? Storm heard the girls kind words, and considered them. It would be nice to be cared for, like before when she was a wyrmling. She knew that her wing would never heal right and her control over wind would be impaired. And she would hate that.
Leaning over to the girl, nuzzling her shoulder, replied. "I will be gracious if you were to help me..." She trailed off, questioning for the name of the girl. It would be nice to be able to say it instead of calling her just a girl or anything else.
" You will be in my debt, until it can be repaid." Storm said, smiling a toothy smile to the young female. A low, deep purr of happiness echoed from her chest cavity, spreading warmth through her body. It has been a long time since she had purred, and felt pure warmth in her body. And that is when she found her mate, who is now long since dead.
She heard the grumbling echo from the Ambassador, and she rolled her eyes in her mind. That dragon was such an over-protective dragon. Storm had a firm hold on her instincts, and they will never show along beside the girl. She would not dare hurt her, for if she did, the human may not help heal her. And Storm did not want that.

{(AND I DON'T WANT)} the world to see me She could feel her heart pounding in her chest as she felt the great dragon nuzzle her, bringing a wave of excitement through her. She couldn't really remember the last time she had been this close to a wild dragon or have this sort of connection with one since she had met Montore. Grinning faintly, she almost didn't catch the reptilians words, stumbling over her own speech as she tried to answer in a hurry to not keep her waiting. "Uh...I-Ingrid. My name's Ingrid."
, she answered, looking into the bright violet eyes that held such a close resemblance to Montore's. Raising her hand, Ingrid gently ran her hand over the Galewing's muzzle, being gentle not to disturb the scales. "You don't have to owe me anything. I'm more than happy to help you...", she replied, leaving the sentence open for the dragon to give her own name, but she of course wouldn't pressure her into do so. She was already giving her so much trust and the short-haired viking would find no offense if the female didn't reveal her name. She was just happy that she was able to help the creature, not wanting her to be left out her for her own devices where anything could go horribly wrong. Glancing at Montore, she spotted him quietly laying on the ground at the edge of the clearing, paying little to no attention to them now. ~.~.~.~.~.~.~ [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote] {('CAUSE I DONT THINK)} that they'd understand Speech ThoughtsWords of other charrie(s) TAGGED;: Stormy/Open? "Storm." She said, saying her name softly to Ingrid. For some reason, the name sounded familiar to her, long and forgotten, but she pushed it to the back of her mind. She felt Ingrids warm hand glide over her slick, shiny scales, feeling eyes peering into her own. She enjoyed this relaxing moment, having this much attention.
Storm was mostly shunned in the dragon world. She was normally vicious, mean and cruel to all species except her own, and things bigger than herself. She would hunt anything that she can catch and kill, and pick fights with others. Mostly humans and vikings.
She breathed out slowly, the dust stirring under her muzzle and creating a little dust cloud. Storm grinned in her own amusement, making the cloud move with only her breath. She still heard grumbling in the corner, and she saw the Ambassador dragon, completely ignoring the two of them it seemed. But she didn't really care, as she felt complete equilibrium at the moment. She did not want it broken because he wanted to pick a fight with a larger dragon.
