A land of endless storms, the sky forever shadowed and misty and tinted with a dim orange shade, which was the only sunlight that ever got in. He had never been out of this area, ever since he was born. He grew up within the caves and upon adulthood took to the storms int he skies. This was the only sunlight he was ever exposed to, and the few times he had ventured further he hated the massive amount of light that the sun truly gave off. If he did go off to hunt he did so by night. There were a few farmlands here and there not too far from this area, at the base of the mountains. It was in these areas that Cain hunted for cattle every now and then. It was such an easy, quick snack to grab. One day when he ventured down from the mountains, he ended up with a surprise he was not expecting. His shadow silently flew over a farm that seemed unoccupied for the moment. The father was off in the fields with an older brother, but the younger one was left behind. Too small for Cain to distinguish from the cattle. The eight year old so small that Cain didn't even notice the little champ running towards him in an attempt to attack him himself. He dove in, grabbed his meal and began to fly off...when he felt the odd sensation of his meal climbing up his back, which was highly unusual for a cattle to do. Cain snapped his head over his shoulder in irritation, his silvery eyes widening as he saw the small boy upon his back. He began to try everything to toss him off, flying wildly, upside down, jerking back and forth but the boy would not let go. He was so distracted his flight was thrown off, not paying any attention that he was heading closer to an island called Berk, surrounding by forests. Thinking he could lose the boy in the trees he dives straight for the forest, prepared to use the high branches to knock him off. However the boy gripped his wing, sending him spiraling off balance and out of control. The trees whipped them both as they crash landed into the middle of the dense forest, an unknown land to the both of them. Cain was very angry to say the least. His eyes glowing an icy silver as he faced the boy, opening his mouth to reveal blue sparks of concentrated lightning welling within. He would have blasted him right then and there until he noticed that instead of paying attention to him he was grabbing a branch and turning to swing it at a man who was about to spear Cain. The branch collided head on, knocking the hunting Hysterian out cold. Cain tilts his head and looks back towards the boy. He was massive compared to the child, yet he seemed to show no fear towards him. He decided to keep the little guy around after he had saved his life, and he was quite brave unlike most humans he knew of. It might be useful to keep him around. After all, they were both completely lost and in need of each other. Through this incident they bonded, although Cain was still very aggravated that the child caused all this in the first place. And although becoming his very own dragon, he was still quite wild and hostile towards anyone or anything else that crossed their paths. Male Skrill Tamed by Shadow TRAITS [/style]

Cain tends to have a very dark and bitter personality. He takes things seriously and is annoyed by immaturity and horseplay. Although he is tamed he still needs to feel as if he is in control as well, not completely dominated over. He is often snappy to those he doesn't know and is often sarcastic.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Cain is a large elder Skrill with shiny black scales that coat his body like slabs of obsidian. With his dark coloring he easily blends into the nighttime and dark areas, easily hiding amongst storm clouds as well. His wings are dark on the outside, the inside a deep purple color as well as his eyes which glow silvery like flashes of lightening. Parts of his scales also shine a deep, iridescent blue when hit in certain lighting. He also has large, sharp talons that extend from the paws of his feet. Four on each one.

The crests around his head are a deep purple, like the inside of his wings. His head is also framed with sharp, black spikes. The rest of his snakelike body down to his tail are also lined with these same dangerous spikes.

Lightening, being a storm dragon he breathes a very concentrated form of fire, a blue tinted lightening.

*He can also use lightening to travel upon to gain super fast speeds.

Wind tunnel, using his massive wings he can mimick the sound of thunder as well as create vortices of powerful gusts of wind what he can also use to combine his lightning in and spread it out in the swirls of air.

Eviscerate, using his powerful talons he can also physically slash him opponents. This move may sometimes be accompanied with lightning if he channels it throughout his conductive scales.
