He met Sub-Zero through his VIT days, he was challaged, if he could tame the dragon he could keep him.  The dragon had thrown multiple VITs from the arena and even almost killed one. All because they babied him, however Saxi took a diffrent aproach. He out manuvered the dragon and laced a rope around its legs and wings, subduing. This made the dragon learn to respect Saxi and do as it was told. Soon the two were inseprable. At the time Saxi was 13, he trained in combat at home with his dad and even taught the dragon how to fight as well, witch has come in handy. They used to go out into the forests every weekend and wild dragons would attack them, they'd subdue the dragon with ease and escape unharmed.  He graduated in the top of his class and began teaching at age 17 then retiring at age 25 because hed fallen off a dragon and shattered his ankle. It took a year to make a full recovery.Not many teachers did the thinsg he could do. He was known for being able to tame almost any dragon through his patience and calmness, and having a iorn fist when needed. Hes been watching this years VITs from afar... And shaking his head in shame. He decided to offer himself as a 'tutor' and maybe one day come out of retirement. GENDER & SEXUALITY he is bisexual but leans twards younger men. OCCUPATION Hes technicaly retired but right now hes a tutor. Maybe one day he'll be a teacher again or a co-teacher to the current teacher. TRAITS [/style]

▪  he secretly does care about people: he puts on a cold act but he secretly worries for people's saftey. This is why he wants to help out, because he fears one of them getting seriously hurt.

Saxi is one cold fellow. He rarely ever talks and when he does its normaly commands or insults.If he takes a liking to someone he'll speak abit more tward them, maybe even encourage them. When instructing though he opens himself up for a but more 'Q&A' . He will not ask someone if they need help, they must ask him unless hes intrested in the dragon. If he is intrested in the dragon he will put up with the human a bit more that he normaly would. Some people immidiately assume hes rediculously mean due to that cold demeanor, however if you stick with him hes not too bad.

Hes a very open minded person and belives that anything is possible, he also dosnt care about many things that bother some people such as age or gender.   He remains completely indifferent to either of these things, he focuses more on the actual person.

As hard as he works not to let it show he actualy does care for thr VIT's saftey and dosnt want any of them to get hurt by either their dragons or a wild dragon or even someone else's dragon. Therefore he has offered the oppurtunity for extra practice with him outside of dragon academey on their own, or in groups if they prefer. He will spend all day if he must.  

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Saxi is tall and lean, his body is slim and lithe however very adequittely muscled. He retained a youthfull apearance and aged particularly well. His eyes are onyx grey-blue. His hair is black and his bangs hang over his eyes. He has the hair near the front of his face cut short to brow lenth, unevenly from being done with a knife. His hair is only long enough to reach down the back of his neck, relatively short. His skin is pale and he grows no bodyhair besides the hair on his head (no chesthair and his leg/arm hair is very fine), he has no need to shave. The only idication to his real age are the light furrows above his eyes because hes always looks angry. 

He normaly wears white pants with thigh high black leather boots that hug his form snuggly. He wears a white shirt with a brown sheepskin coat over top. Many leather straps work their way over his chest, back and thighs that all connect to his saddle that he made by himself personly, it fits him and only him.  


If his shirt were to be removed he has multiple tattoos. (I googled it vikings did do tattoos.) the Nordic symbol for 'death' is marked on his right shoulder, and "breathe" writen across his chest right under his colarbone (in the language they write in on berk of corse) and the "odal rune" on his left shoulder. His back is riddled with scars, bitemarks and scratchmarks galore. Deep gash scars liter his chest and abdomen he even has a light one on the left side kf his jaw.

FIGHTING STYLE:

▪  he uses the fact that hes relitively light to his advantage. Usualy his oponents are larger so he uses inertia against them.
▪  he is incredibly fast and deciceive, he'll shear away muscle with mutiple quick attacks to disable his oponent from being able to stand or gaurd before he goes in for the kill.

DRAGON DESCRIPTION & PERSONALITY:

▪  Subzero has tendancies to be touchy. He will be happy one moment and be trying to bite someones head off the next.
▪  Sub-zero is a very agressive dragon, he likes to wrestle with other dragons and even likes to fight Saxi. He wont intentionaly hurt anyone though. He only wrestles with willing oponents and will stop if asked. 

Subzero looks like a normal Galewing. His skin is dark grey and his eyes are icey blue/grey. His claws are black and he has one small birthmark on his hind left foot. It justlooks like a black sock on his foot.

The app looks good; I just think you need to make his appearance fit his age. They're Vikings living by the sea, this man is a toughie who likes to spar with dragons. He needs to be beaten up a bit. Also their lifespans aren't as long as ours today; Ari is 44 and considered pretty old.

Well, making him look 'a day over 17' instead of 20-somethings that you had put before doesn't help him look older, lol

also i'm thinking we don't really have a teacher right now, and 26 is by no means age of retirement, unless he recieved some kind of injury that puts him out of action? Pickle is still a warrior, Kenna is still a blacksmith and Halldor is still 2nd in command to the Chief, and they are all more or less around his age too, only Hally being younger by a year...
