They will tolerate being called Jern and Sik respectively. Get the two heads mixed up, and you'll be introduced to their namesake, repeatedly. ORIGINS Originally an inhabitant of Dragon Island they have witnessed the hatred between vikings and dragons as well as the mending of this which led to their relocation to Berk. Their rehabilitation was an easy one as it was for most who were audience to Hiccup and Toothless' valor. despite this they were difficult to pair. Their constantly dueling personalities were deemed as unfit for young recruits to keep so they were temporarily made a part of the training program. It was their job, unbeknownst to them, to demonstrate what can happen if riders did not properly cater to a Zipplebacks two very separate minds. Eventually a partner was found in a spectator; a small boy still able to sit on his father's shoulders. He would visit the dragon often and brought many glorious treats and friends. The child's comrades lost interest quickly but he vigilantly spoke with the Zippleback everyday despite either of them understanding what the other was saying for a great while. By the age of thirteen the now young man was ready to begin training with his dragon. The two aged beautifully together like two perfectly suited for each other old birds sitting on a porch. Human life is fleeting though so it wasn't long in the dragons eyes before their best friend departed to go be with his gods. He treasures the man's legacy, namely the training done upon himself, and is honored to have been named by such a wonderful soul worthy of being a dragon themselves. Perhaps they will be; in a next life. To date the Hideous Zippleback is roughly three-hundred years old. They have regained some of their bite from their juvenile years without someone to constantly remind them of their flaws and they only recently are about to form a bond with someone new. Jern is the dominate force governing the two while Sik is more timid and laid back. Both are very vicious however with the latter only being slightly less so. The duo have an appreciative nature and will never scoff at a lesson learned no matter how foolish their prier ignorance made them appear. They won't bawl about being lonely. Still, they do feel the pull of temptation for conversation outside of their small circle of two.

They absolutely love to converse with creatures of all species. Touchy feely though? Not so much. Both prefer showing their affection, if earned, with subtle body language. That being side they enjoy a good bash to the noggins.

Now come the key differences; Stjerners is greedy and Sikle is possessive. Similar yet still brutally uncomplimentary bad points. Jern loves to horde treasures and isn't above stealing to obtain them. Sik doesn't wish to share even the smallest of morsels and will become aggressive to anyone who even sniffs at what he deems his. A dragon with sticky fingers and another with mine issues stuck together for life is a scary concept that's unfortunately come to pass.

Neither mind who gets in their way when they're at each others throats. Sikle has the brow raising habit of growling like a dog while Jern doesn't like to make a peep. He instead makes a show of his greater stature by holding his head just a tad higher than his brother's. The Zippleback can hold either a collective grudge or unique ones. Vengeance is sought through dastardly means. For each other they'll do more by trying to up the stakes during their cruel pranks.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Slender with near bone-thin legs. Their shared torso is very much caved in. The hips are broad and strong while the necks are regally arched. Both skulls are slight with a smooth brow. Atop of them are two Greater Kudu-like black horns. Their nose horn is but a nub. Their scalps are a shiny black.

Their eyes are very narrow and long giving the two the appearance of always being tired or irritable. What can be seen of their irises are sky blue albeit paler. Their scales are primarily the color of squished black berries. The first bit of difference color are the black tips of their spikes.

These spikes are broken and no longer erect, flopping over to the left side like a dead thing. Only three rest on the dragon's lower back, the rest long ago severed off leaving only a mangled bubbly salmon colored scar. Their necks have smaller erect spikes the exact color of their body, same as the larger ones minus the colored tips.

They have an unusually large bat-like wingspan of fifteenth feet combined with an interesting black and white warp pattern on the insides similar to that of a 88 butterfly. This Hideous Zippleback has talon-esque off-black claws and stands at twelve feet when stretched out. Down its entirely black twin whip-like tails are pristine Zippleback spikes in midnight blue. The spades at the end of them are jade faded into darker, but not much, jade.

Just so i think i understand this - it's a black/wine-coloured zippleback with horribly shattered back spines with blue eyes with white/black patterns on it's wings?

Looks good in all, the only two things that I have problems with are your descriptions of their respective abilities. I'd have to rule that the sparks should just be normal sparks, though the gases 'could' be the same though if they were not green then it should be close to the colour of the dragon. other than that It's good.
