Full name
Divan Iversted is her shortened full name, her full name is Divan Iversted the Third. She was named after her grandmother Divan Iksted the second, and of course her grandmother was named after her grandmother Divan Rivensted the first.
Origins
Divan Iversted was born on a brutally cold and snowy day on January 4th. She was born into a family of four. Her father, Burr Iversted and mother Brynga Iversted, along with two brothers of the current age of six and eight named Kell and Siv.
Divan grew up in a typical lifestyle, she helped around the house as much as she could and when that was done she would go out with her friends and fool around while playing games. If she wasn't scouring the island for new items, she was practicing her fighting skills with her older brothers.
By the age of sixteen, Divan grew quite fond of the merchants that came to Hysteria to sell their wares and goods. She loved the idea of being able to travel the seas and sell things to new people. She'd catch herself talking to the merchants in town and out at the docks for hours about their most interesting items they had come across in their long years of service. Whether she wanted to make a job out of being a merchant was still a mystery to her, there was other things out there she could do but she didn't want to wait too much longer to figure it out.
By the age of twenty she finally became the merchant she wanted to be. She had debates of just staying on Hysteria for the rest of her life, because who really wants to leave home. She also managed to get a few of her good friends and her brother Kell to join her little merchanting group. The point of the small group was just to put together what they can and get what they need to do their jobs. Outcome of this was a pair of nice boats to use in their future endeavors.
Up to this point, Divan has been traveling from island to island to sell her goods to strange and familiar faces alike. She's been brushing up on her persuasion and bartering skills and on the side, her fighting skills with her brothers like always.

When it comes to quirks, it's like one just fuels another one. Divan can be a very clumsy and forgetful individual. When she looses something, at first it's like she doesn't even know it. But give it a little bit of time and your gonna wish you weren't on the island because she will end up blaming the closest person for her on mistakes.
Another quirk is when she is clumped into a group of people. She doesn't exactly like the thought of being like other people, she prefers to be unique then her other kinsmen, so she gets a little angry when that happens.
