Date: the day after venny got sat on... I dont remember that timestamp Time: early morning Previous threads: back with a temper
Divorjak, beast of death... The kin-slayer.
The large beast was out on a hunt at the moment. His nose lowered to the ground, taking in the scent of a terrible terror pack. They were small, and were tricky to catch, but they would do for a good meal.
Divorjak in particular, prefered dragon over fish... And human over dragon. However, human was more difficult to obtain in a unnoticable manner. Luckily there were a couple stray dragons running about for him to pick off to tide him over. Hopefully Cyndis had stayed put like he'd ordered.
He stopped, watching the pack of about ten Terrible terrors. Two of witch were rather portly, five seemed to be average sized, and the other three were youngsters. Probably less than a year. He crouched down, his dark color hiding him in the morning shadows. He waited untill they ventured abit closer.
He the sprung his jaws snapping down on one and swallowing it whole. He smiled his wicked grin and slamed his large foot down on the other fat one as the others ran off in fear. The little dragn squealed in his grip as he turned his head, hissing, signaling he was about to breathe fire at his captor.
"Oh shut up." he muttered, pressing the other foot down on his body. Holding his head down. He looked down at the creature in his grasp. Pure fear in it's eyes, how it amused him.
He loved this moment. The moment prey gives up. All the fight being drained from it, as they accsept their fate and are fully prepared to die. He just wanted to sit here and look at it for a while.

Stupid, stupid, stupid. He knew that Clockwork squishing his partner was a terrible idea! And he let it happen! All for a simple moment of peace and relaxation! Okay it was a great exchange for once but this was entirely his fault right now. After Camo dragged Venny back into the Sharpblade Residence, her oh so precious book of writing had been dropped! Or slipped out under her sweater, which was a weird place to stuff items in.
Camo had made his way to where he last was, before catching a dragon. A dragon eating dragon... The Changewing's eyes widen. there shouldn't had been a cannibal, not this close to the village. Camo shivered as his scales made a rush of colors to blend in with the grass below him. He sneaked over to a tree for a better place to hide. After all, his antennas were great for being branches and such. His body was soon the color of the tree bark, which he pressed against in fear. Poor little fellows were becoming a quick snack. And even worse was that Camo was just a tad smaller than your usual Changewing. Curses.
'Just make a plan, Camo. Find the book and book it,' he mentally planned out as he began scanning the area for any sign of leather.

Clocky trotted down the path of witch they came, walking beside his little changewing friend. His head held somewhat low to the ground to attemot to catch the scent of that book. He though it only just since he was the one who cause venny to lose it, he be one to help try to find it.
The scent of blood and graveyard dirt began to fill his nostrils causing hm to almost gag. Clocky jerked his head up in sudden discust.
"Aw gross!" he shook his head trying to get the smell to go away, but the farther they walked the thicker it got.
He remained distracted by that awefull stinch untill camo suddenly 'dissapeared'. He sighed, an irritated look crossing his features.
"Oh very funny camo. This isnt a time for hide and.... Seek." he walked right up on the canablistic demon.
Clockwork held back a gasp at the grizley sight. A terrified group of terrible terrors and one held under the dragons foot, just as he swallowed one whole. This was just wrong at so many levels.
The metal dragon let a loud roar escape his throat. A challange. His rows of razor sharp teeth showing. He would not let this fly. They were too small to defend themselves, so someone bigger would have too.
Clockwork may have been the same hight as the demon, but he was way thinner. Years of being locked away and barely fed took its toll on his body. He was all angles and bones right now, with very little muscle definition. Granted, ever since Irrite began feeding him the way he should be, hed looked alot better. His skin seems healthier, his one good eye shines abit better and hes not as boney as he used to, but he was still in no shape to fight.
The dragon he oposed was the definition of muscle. Ripples of muscle laced down his back, shoulders and rear. Not a rib was exposed. Clockwork, would no doubt lose this fight. But, he didnt care.

Oh right! Clockwork was with him! Oh no he wasn't the one to hide either! "H-hey! Clockwork that's not the wisest move!"[/i] Camo warned as he slid down the tree and dashed to block the metal dragon's path. "This guy could make us stick around for dinner," Camo wanted to say, but obviously the cannibal could hear them.
Camo lifted his head up, observing the other in a frightened manner. "S-sorry for um... interrupting your..... lunch..."[/i] He began, glancing at the poor meal for a quick second. "We were um... Finding something we lost here... W-we won't be long, right Clockwork?"[/i] Camo asked, making sure they were serious eye to eye.
"If you want to mingle with this guy, keep in mind we have the kids to go back too,"[/i] Camo whispered, not wanted for Venny or Irrite to lose another member of the family. And besides, Clockwork was not one to look like a festive meal, with him being all bony. Although much has changed since Irrite started taking care of him. Camo on the other set of claws, well he looked like a fruity orange. It was best not to even stick around. Maybe they could come back later?

Divorjak snapped his head to the side at the growl as he let another growl rip from his throat. Smoke streaming from his nostrils. He put abit more pressue to the little dragon's neck, snapping it like a twig with a loud 'pop'. The little dragon was now lifeless as he lifted his foot, leavong the little body.
He lowered head head and slowly stepped tward Clockwork, ready for a fight. Oh how he hated other dragons, especialy other westerns. They were all threats to his dominance. He went for a side swipe with his horns at the other dragon but stopped as a changewing blocked his path. He jerked his head back in surprize.
He waited impatiently as the little dragon spilled his thoughts... Words. How meaningless. The frightened expression on his face made him smile.
He then turned his attention back to the dragon with the metal face. Perhaps he could toy with them both for a bit. He already had one puppet, he might as well get two more. Marrionettes of fear. Merely pawns to do his bidding.
" oh don't pretend like your any better." he retorted. His voice sweet and smooth. " Deep down we all crave things like this. Dont judge untill youve tried it."
He turned back to his 'catch' and picked it up in his jaws, slinging it at Camo and Clockwork's feet. "oh and you too little changewing. Have a taste. Its not so bad."
He then caught the thing about the 'kids' he smiled. So they had kids to look out for. If they were dead then he also could have 'kid on a stick' for dinner.
"perhaps my little 'kid' could be friends woth yours even. He can play nice if he must." he said, sarcasm dripping from his voice.

Camo had cringed after he heard the pop. That poor dragon, gone like that. It sure was a pitiful way to go. And that crude smile, it made the Changewing shiver even more. This cannibal was more terrifying than Venny's attempts on cooking dinner.
As the corpse was thrown at them, Camo had squeaked as he jumped away. His scales automatically made him disappear and blend him in with the forest. That was disgusting! Seeing the corpse up close! Sure Camo slaughtered some wild hogs here and there, but never any dragons! And sadly this brought down some terrible memories.
"I am... Not hungry.... Thanks for the offer though..."[/i] Camo mumbled as his scales transferred back into his original orange scheme again. His antennas stiffened as the other brought up his 'kid'. Obviously he wasn't talking about a human... was he? Surely not. "Ah... Well ours are... quite troublesome... I doubt your's would like to meet them...."[/i] Camo nervously chuckled.
It was half true anyways. Venny was the troublesome one, but she didn't deserve to get slaughtered by this dragon's viking. And Irrite was way out of this question! And in conclusion, Camo wasn't about to let this guy get near them; and he was sure Clockwork would either. Speaking about Clockwork, Camo sure hoped he didn't do anything stupid.

Clockwork's growl began to grow the second he began blabering about being just like him. Clockwork could be an introvert and seem mean at times, but he was nowere near evil. He never even flinched as the corpse was thrown at him. His nerves of steel would not be broken at the sight of death.
He let his rows of sharp teeth show, beggining to step around Camo. He could not defend either of them with Camo in the way. Then again, it would most likely be a vain attemtp anyhow. He was far too thin.
He heard the dragon out for a moment, letting things go in one ear and right out the other. Not letting his gaurd down.that was when he saw something.... Smething that looked like leather in the leave on the ground. The book.
"psst. Camo... Look." he motioned quietly to the pile of leaves. "grab it and make a run for it. Ill keep him distracted." then something unfogivable caught his attention. No way in hell he would alow anything like him anywere near Irrite.
Divorjak had foolishly left his chest area ungaurded while he was blabing. Clockwork growled as he lunged forward, aiming for his upward spiraling horns to slam into the chest-floor of the other dragon.

Cheers of joy echoed through Camo's mind as his partner's small leather booklet was found by Clockwork. Although the whisper made him more on edge than anything else. What did he mean by distracted? oH NO THAT WAS WHAT HE MEANT. Camo's antennas struck straight up in fear as he rustled about toward Venny's book. It looked the same, just as it was dropped during the sit. Mind for a few blades of grass around of it.
Wrapping the prankster's book with his tail, Camo glanced back at the fight. It looked like it was going to get gruesome soon, and Irrite didn't appreciate blood near the house, or at all. He gulped down a nervous gulp of acid as he ran in to stop the two foolish dragons. Of course that was a very slim chance but he just had to do something! At least attempt to prevent bloodshed!
Hoping that his bite wouldn't cause too much pain, Camo had sank his teeth into Clockwork in order to drag him off the other threatening dragon. And if that worked out, Camo just planned to drag him back home post haste. He didn't want to miss dinner after all. And if Venny got mad, it was going to be a very long week for both of them.

Divorjak gave a smile to see his words were irritating the other dragon. This was working all too well.
His grin grew as Clockwork got so enraged he went for a ram to the chest. This guy really was old school. Most dragons never knew to knock the wind from their oponent's first turn. It was truely a beautiful attack, too bad he'd have to cut it short.
Divorjak ducked his head even lower, jaws clamping shut on the hinge that held clockwork's head t his throat. Luckily for him Camo's bite kept the metal dragons full attack to hit him dead in the chest.
Divorjak gave a strong push upwards and back, forcing Clocky to rear up if he didn't want to be killed right then. His life was literaly in the jaws of the beast. Divorjak let his claws rake down his side before pushinh him over past his limit, making him lose his balance and fall over backwards thanks to his metal leg.
This was no accsedent, Divorjak had intented to make clockwork fall over. His own weight forcing the masked side of his head to slam into a pointed rock, knocking him unconcious. He was very lucky thats all it did. Had he been hit on the non-masked size, he probably would have died. Divorjak held his grip. Unsure of wether to keep holding and suffocate himor just leave him be.
He glanced back at Clocky. He was far too thin to eat and he was feeling quite lazy. Perhaps he'd kill him another day. He released his grip, letting him breathe, and turned.
He gave Camo a glance over his shoulder. " Drag that back to his kid. When he wakes up tell him I want him gone. I dont care what he does with himself, but so long as I never see him again. Because next time I will kill him."

Wow he really should had let Clockwork defend himself, but obviously this dragon was too weak to face such a powerful dragon. Oh why couldn't they just discuss this problem as civilized reptiles, perhaps it was because they were cold blooded dragon that never had manners. Oh what fate Camo had.
Well at least Clockwork was knocked out. This would be more easier, Camo released his grip on Clockwork as he shuffled so that the metal dragon was carried on the Changewing's back. "Oh don't be so dramatic. Why would you kill someone over a meaningless fight over opinions? I mean... If we can make it up to you, I'd appreciated if you might- um... not kill him? Or us?" Camo had a feeling that they would meet again and Irrite probably couldn't last long in a fight with him either.
"So how does that sound? Making a peaceful deal so that there's um.. no more troubles?" Camo asked meekly as he began to back off. "O-of course as long as it's reasonable. Maybe schedule some time to chit chat?" Good going Camo. As long as he didn't have to kill anything or drag Venny or Irrite into this, he was fine with whatever else.

Divorjak had turned to leave but the chengewing's words caught him. He turned around. An angry snort puffed from his nostrils, smoke rising from his breath. Had he not made himself clear? Or did this dragon have a deathwish?
" Because killing is fun. Its just what I do." he grinned. He could use this dragon yet. "Either you kill him, I kill him, or he leaves Berk. I want him gone."
In truth he felt threatened by this dragon. Anyother western could mean his dominance was at steak. Not many dragons could stand up to a massive, fireblasting, western. A nightfury, maybe. A changewing had a chance. But he was so finetuned to kill, he knew the weakspots of each.
He lowered his head to eye-level with Camo.
" Look, sweetheart, I dont have a problem with you... Yet. Ive finnished my lunch so you dont look apetizing right now, but keep trying to change my mind, i can get nasty." his tail lightly grazed along the underside of Camo's chin in a teasing manner. He then turned.
"bring that back to his brat. A gift for the devil himself." he called over his shoulder as he started walking off.

Camo held in his breath as he realized the greatest mistake he made in his life, (besides meeting Venny of course). He winced at the smoke coming from the other dangerous dragon, he stepped back a little bit.
Killing was fun? Well it could had been called a sport but... "A-alright, I got the point. J-just wondering..." He stuttered as he glanced away. Looks like he would have to somehow outsmart the other, just not now.
As soon as the two dragons were eye to eye, Camo had almost camouflaged by instincts, but he somehow still managed to hang onto a shred of courage. And it wasn't the quality type either. Camo could had been flattered by the sweet talk, but it was so venomous. "A-alright! Neat! No more changing your mind. Y-you look all set ahhaha, y-yep.."
Shivering as the tail brushed against his chin, he backed off once more. "Devil? Irrite's not a devil.." He mumbled quietly to himself as he turned to go back home. Hopefully the poor kid wouldn't be too surprised. Maybe he could pull it off as a hunting accident. Or a crash landing gone wrong, yes these things sound honest.

Divorjak let out a beastly smile as he inched closer to Camo, taking in his scent. He then decided, he wasnt done toying with him. Maybe he'd scar him for life.
"oh, but must you go?" he asked in a soft, sinfully beautiful voice. "I'd love for you to stick around."
He moved to block Camo's path out. His enormous body moved easily, like a snake, moving to temot eve to bite the apple. He even resembled a snake in a manner, the way he moved, those eyes.
"perhaps you should come back some time. And bring your friend. We can have some fun with him." he laughed, mentioning Clockwork. "Dont pretend like you havent had the urge to kill. Or other things the humans tell you not to."

((Hnng.....I hope you don't mine me lacing in on things. ouo))
Regen had been scanning the scene before her in bewilderment. A dragon eating another one? "I thought that was wrong....." The thought bore into her head like a nail. She didn't know much about the cannaballistic dragon in front of her and whether it was part of its nature or not. The viking's heart raced and pounded in her chest. "Jeez...if it could do that to the poor thing.....what could it do to me?"
Regen leaned in further when the Nightfury walked up to it.....or was that a Gronckle. She wasn't quite sure what the breed was called, but it wasn't important right now. "Don't do it!" She thought worryingly to herself. Seeing the poor dragon get mauled would've scarred her.
She had her battle axe with her, but charging the monster would cost her life. She'd just have to let them sort it out. Hopefully not violently.
In her vision, everything was going slow. Almost too slow. Regen prepared herself to run, but something was keeping her attached to what was going on. In fact, she couldn't move. Almost as if her feet had been stuck to the ground.
