It's shorter than Chastity, and much more pleasant than Ironhead. It's her middle name. ORIGINS I should tell you that Koda was born into a happy family, attended dragon training, bonded with her dragon, grew up, got married, and lived happily forever after, shouldn't I? That wouldn't make for a good story, though. And come on, even I can't lie that much. No, quite the contrary, Koda was born into a broken family, on the 14th of April. Her mother and father were constantly fighting, until they completely separated when Koda was 4, and her mother gained ownership or her. Her mother didn't care much for Koda, she was too interested in other affairs, so Koda was mostly alone. She had a sibling, I should mention, an older brother, who died of chickenpox at age 8. Because of this terrible life, Koda escaped her house whenever she could in her early years, with her axe. She'd go hunting and search for deer, and used her vivid imagination to pretend it was enemies. She'd kill it, to release some of the rage and depression that was always boiling up inside of her. Boiling like a nice stew. The kind with extra potatoes, because potatoes are my favorite. So, these trips into the woods taught Koda the basics of being silent and stealthy, and eventually she adapted those methods into her fighting style. Koda could barely contain her excitement to begin dragon training and finally get away from her mother, and at the age of 12, that excitement finally was satisfied. She began her training. Right in the heart of her training, Koda made two new friends. Well, one friend and one lifetime partner. She had been working with a Gronkle when Flikka, another initiate, screamed, because her Monstrous Nightmare had supposedly tried to bite her. Koda helped her out, and then the two became peanut butter and jelly, or to put in layman’s terms, inseparable. The other, was not a Viking, but a dragon, that would bond with Koda. He was a changewing, which seemed perfect for Koda's personality, sneaky and very into ambushing. Koda named him Ragnheid, Rag for short. The day Koda and Rag met, Koda was in the back woods, when she heard the fainting sound of clicking. Click, click, click. She hid behind a tree and peered out to see a dragon, in the middle of a clearing. Her vikingly arm hair stood on end. He was in pouncing position, as though he had been ready to kill, and their eyes met. Suddenly he melted away into being invisible. But Koda decided, then, that this was her dragon, and she'd tame it. She was always looking for opportunities to prove herself the best dragon tamer. So, the stubborn viking she was, Koda walked into the middle of the clearing, whistling softly and looking innocent. "I hope there's no dragons around here," she said aloud, smirking and looking into the trees. She noticed a rabbit, on the side of the clearing, and killed it with her axe for bait. She left it in the middle of the clearing and hid in a bush, waiting. Soon enough, Rag himself came out on the opposite side of her, and started to gobble up the rabbit. He looked so... Peaceful. "Aha!" Koda said under her breath, and she stepped out slowly, so as to not startled or scare off Rag. Rag took one look at her and growled. "Hey... It's okay, buddy, I don't want to hurt you," she said. She approached him slowly. It took several tries after that of this encounter for Koda to finally earn Rag's trust, and then they were bonded for life. Their bond was unlike any other. Now, Koda had a friend, and she trusted relied and trusted Rag more than any other being. Rag loved her back just the same. When Koda returned from training, her mother became confused at Koda's affinity with the dragon, for her mother always was anti-dragon, and thought the dragons would eventually rebel. So, frustrated, Koda kept Rag in her woods, and moved out as soon as she could. Whenever her mother asked her about Rag, Koda would simply respond, "Dragon? What dragon?" When she moved out, Koda immediately invested in becoming a Dragon teacher. She loved helping out, especially after helping her friend Flikka. She accepted her job at age 24, where she is now. Koda is a pretty average Viking. She's approachable and friendly, though she may not always seem that way. Her life revolves around her relationship with Rag. Without her dragon, she'd be nothing.

It isn’t that if someone asked Koda about her past she’d break down and start crying. She’s just too stubborn a viking to be pitied. If anyone find out that she, Chastity Koda Ironhead, had a terrible family and childhood, she’d be angered. To pity a viking is the last mistake you’ll ever make. That’d make them look weak.

In her method of training, Koda teaches her initiates how to ride and tame dragons. She begins by teaching them groundwork, such as how to pet one, and the quirks a dragon has, such as scratching it under its chin to make it practically faint at your hands. When she does this, she simply pairs each initiate with a dragon, and lets them figure it out on their own first. Then, if they need help, she’ll step in. After the groundwork, Koda moves on to teaching them how to fly. She teaches them all kinds of moves and ways to code obstacles. She makes them run through several obstacle courses, and if they don’t do it perfectly, they do it again.

As for those wrong-headed initiates who can’t seem to get their act together, Koda simply lets them speak for themselves, since they obviously already know things, and puts them in the ring with a completely untamed dragon, in the assumption they know how to tame it.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Koda sports brown hair and brown eyes. She's pretty average height at 5' 4", and with a weight of 120, she's very lean. She keeps her hair in a ponytail, and it's very long, so it extends past her shoulders. She has a pretty face. On a normal day, Koda wears tan breeches and a leather vest, shoulder pads, boots, and gloves to serve as armor. She also erases a Viking helmet she received as a gift from Flikka. Koda has a small birth mark on the back of her neck, in no particular shape.

▪ Rag can be unseen if he chooses, just like Koda. So he tends to blend into his surroundings most of the time, much like a chameleon would. But, that doesn't mean he lets himself be seen sometimes. In fact, he loves attention of people, almost like a dog. He loves people and tries to get them to pet him. He especially loves scratches on his chin. Rag will only let Koda ride him, however.

Haha you app looks fun, but there's the odd this and that that needs to be fixing:

How many names does she need? I'm not even sure where the first name ends, lol Pick one name you want your character to be called by, and use that. I'm fine with Ironhead as a sort of surname though.

You keep mixing up first person and third person in your history, we use third tense here

How did your character and your dragon

Potatoes and Chocolate didn't really exist on Berk at this time, try something else

Dionysus is the greek god of Wine and Partying, how about Aegir, he's a partygoer giant-god dude in Norse Mythology?

I think you need to elaborate on her personality. What makes her teacher material? Is she patient around children, does she have what it takes? What ticks her off, what makes her laugh?

If she is weak, and has no muscles, how can she wear armour and wield an axe?

I think that's all i have to say for now, we'll check this out again when these things have been fixed/modified.

You haven't fixed in the physical description, you mention she is a 'twig' to say thin, but she needs muscle if she's gonna be able to haul around armour and weapons and such things all day (and to keep hold of angry rampaging ViT's!)
