Frostfire gathered herself from the tackle and stood slowly. She was confused. Why didn't he kill me? She thought. Frostfire rippled her scales and held her head higher. Then she saw something. The Night Fury that had attacked her was now speaking quietly to the Brown in very rushed Dragonese. "Me woz nee-ah lesse ow-indi yow." He was saying, something to the translation of "I won't let her kill you." Frostfire knew what he was trying to do, the larger Night Fury was being very obvious about it. So Frostfire let her gaze soften and she sat down, tilting her head expectantly.
The human still looked frightened, and though she hated them in general, this human seemed different... it wasn't carrying any visible weapons, nor was it making any move to hurt her. Frostfire even felt somewhat guilty for scaring him so badly. The female Night Fury got up slowly and made her way over to it. She was being careful not to get too close, but she felt that she needed to comfort him. Frostfire's guilt overcame her and she gently nudged the human's hand with her forehead. It felt strange, and she pulled back. The humans cannot tame me! The thought, angry at herself for caring about how the creature felt. Frostfire sat down and moved her gaze back to the two other dragons.
OOC: And yes, I do know how to speak some Dragonese ^.^

Drakoh smiled at the dragon. He glanced quickly at the human. He seemed worried about his dragon. Sighing, Drakoh lifted his paw. He limped over to the new dragon. She was very beautiful.
"Warra issa di calda? Me issa calda Drakoh." Drakoh asked, wondering what her name was. He told her his, just so she would know. He suddenly realized the danger the human was in. Hastily leaping into a playful stance, he flicked his tail at Dusty, signaling for him and his owner to hide for a while.

Ryan was mostly on the uneasy, but curious level. For one, he hadn't seen a lot of dragons in his life. His dragon finding spree had started after Dusty had encouraged him to travel outside of his small patch of forest that the human called home. Ryan had went outside his comfort zone to find Dusty, so Dusty had decided to get Ryan to stretch out even more. It half fascinated Ryan, and half terrified him.
The first black dragon returned with another dragon that looked similar to it. It had beautiful sapphire markings on it. All Ryan could think of was a female version of the injured dragon. To his surprise, instead of attacking him, like the larger dragon had done, the new one just sat down and looked at him. Ryan wasn't that sure what to do, so he did what he had done when the other Night Fury had approached him. The boy dropped his staff and took off his pouch with the spear heads and sharpening stone in it. He kept his body quiet, avoided eye contact, then reached into his sack and rolled a piece of fruit to the new arrival. Since he wasn't looking at her, Ryan was slightly surprised to feel the touch of the dragon. The feel wasn't Dusty. He slowly went to look, not sure if it was the first one or second one. The boy saw the one with the sapphire marks backing up slightly. Ryan looked at the smaller black dragon and smiled.
Dusty let out a confused grumble, looking at the curious dragon with sapphire colored markings. It looked like she had wanted to comfort his human one moment, then just scoot away the next. Dusty had sort of remembered that sort of resentment towards Ryan when he had first met him. It wasn't a strong resentment, but the dragon part of him was saying that he would not and could not be tamed. That part of Dusty didn't win in the end. In all factuality, he had cracked and started becoming more of a friend to Ryan in a few weeks.
After seeing the flick of the first Night Fury's tail, Dusty look Ryan's overly large sleeve in his mouth once again. Ryan looked at him in confusion. "What?" he asked, feeling like it was for the tenth time. Sometimes he really wished he could understand dragons. He sort of could, living and growing up in the forest, but all he could understand was animal body language. Some of that body language came out in the dragons, but that was all he could understand. As his dragon kept tugging at him Ryan reluctantly got up. He really wanted to watch these two and try to make friends with them. It would be an interesting thing. The Brown gave a hurr and Ryan only took a few steps back, really not wanting to leave.Character Name: Ryan Simons//Dusty Mood: Slightly Freaked Out, Curious, Fascinated//Wary, Slightly Urgent To: Frostfire the Night Fury, Drakoh the Night Fury IC Word Count: 494 Made By: Ellie Brigid at Olympian Prophecy

Twitching one of her 'ears', Frostfore looked at the other Night Fury whom she now knew as Drakoh. "I am called Frostfire." She said in hushed Dragonese. Drakoh had dropped into a playful stance, his tail waving across the ground and his front legs stretched out in front of him. He was looking up at Frostfire expectantly, so she, somewhat reluctantly, did the same. Part of the Female Night Fury didn't want the human to leave, she was still curious about it. But another part never wanted to see him again. Looking over to it with her deep blue eyes, Frostfire made a light clicking with her tongue and then dropped back to play with Drakoh.

Drakoh rolled his eyes at the human. "Tell him he can stay as long as he's careful," he mouthed at Dusty. While he was warming slightly to the human, he didn't want this dragon to think him a sissy.
"Frostfire? That's a nice name," Drakoh complimented. His stomach felt weird. He wasn't sure what it was. Where are my manners? he suddenly thought. He started making weird noises, his throat convulsing. Finally a silver fish slid out of his mouth. He nudged it toward Frostfire. "Your eyes are... a beautiful blue." he murmured, feeling odd.
As Frostfire bent down to eat, he felt a tug in his heart. What... what was going on? He felt so different. If he closed his eyes, the hatred bubbled inside him with the cold fire it always had. Yet as he opened his amber orbs and looked at Frostfire, it all melted away as he admired her sapphire scales and deep eyes, her pink tongue visible as she ate. Without thinking, he closed his eyes and bent forward. His nose touched hers and, for a second, it felt like he was flying high into the air, as free as a cloud, no worries at all.

Ryan just watched the two large dragons. One of them had many sapphire markings on her, the other didn't. Dusty gave a small chirp and eyed them both warily. Ryan really didn't want to leave; this was so interesting. The boy took two steps back and then just sat, lowering his eyes slightly to show that he still didn't mean to be a threat or anything. He wasn't out of the dragon's range or anything, he was still there, just watching and observing the two with eachother.
Dusty laid his ears back slightly, not so sure that this would work out. If one of them got mad, then Ryan and him would have to run for their lives. Then again, the Brown was the reason Ryan had come here anyway, so why not let him just watch and observe now? The two Night Furies seemed calm enough, if such a word could be used to describe Night Furies. Both he had Ryan felt one of the dragons' gaze on them, then a huff, then the eyes left. The Brown went over to Ryan like a loyal dragon and curled up beside his human, watching the two larger dragons with a slightly wary eye.
Then the first dragon they met spoke to the brown. "Okay, thank you," he hurred humbly. He looked at his human put his head down, becoming relaxed. Ryan looked down at Dusty and then at the Night Fury to whom his dragon had been communicating with. Ryan really wished he understood them, but he only stood physical gestures. If Dusty was relaxing, then Ryan was sure it was okay if he eased up as well. As long as he was careful, he was was probably allowed to stay.OOC: Sorry for the wait I went away for a couple of days and fell behind Character Name: Ryan Simons//Dusty Mood: Courious, Slightly Wary, Relaxed//Wary, Becoming Relaxed To: Frostfire and Drakoh, Night Furies IC Word Count: 296 Made By: Ellie Brigid at Olympian Prophecy

Out of the corner of her eye, Frostfire saw the human sitting down. It's so strange... She thought, somewhat warily. The brown had laid down, obviously relaxing now. There was something about that human... He was different. The way he acted... He hadn't tried to hurt her. Raising herself, Frostfire slowly put each paw in front of another and made her way over to him. He smelled of the forest, not like a normal human. Slowly she looked him in the eye, her pupils wide and captivating. She didn't look angry, like before... She looked... Sweet.

Drakoh saw Frostfire looking at the human. She looked so sweet Drakoh couldn't stop himself purring. He turned round and blinked at the human, his amber eyes suddenly warm. He sniffed the air and paused.
Suddenly, Drakoh ran at Ryan and Dusty, his claws extended and his teeth pointed. However, just before he caught them he snapped his jaws at the ground and stopped. When he lifted his head, he had a rabbit caught in his jaws. He beckoned to Frostfire and Dusty, inviting them to share his meal.

To be honest, Ryan was rather surprised to see the dragon with the blue markings approach him. He kept his gaze away for a few seconds. Then he felt her eyes boring into his. Very slowly, he looked into her eyes; her eyes changed everything about her. She looked docile and rather sweet. That was also sort of unexpected. Instead of feeling panicked about having her so close to him, Ryan calmed down even further, encouraged by this dragon's turn around and smiled at the female. Female, he was assuming because of the markings; then again, he could be wrong. "Girl, right?" he asked the dragon infront of him with a slight smile. At least this was a step up and it wasn't trying to eat him; like the other one had tried to do before it had gotten hurt. Then Ryan felt the other dragon's eyes on him and tensed up only slightly. Then full blown panic shot through the boy as the opposite dragon's claws and teeth extended and he ran at them. Dusty must of been as shocked at this turn around as Ryan, because he stood there, frozen on the spot. A shiver went down his back.
Gods we're going to die, was the only thought that ran straight through Ryan's startled mind. Dusty tensed beside Ryan, expecting the blow to come at any moment. All of the sudden, the Night Fury stopped and bit down on something. A few seconds later, it was show to be a rabbit. Ryan nearly fainted and his blood pressure began going back to normal. That had been moderately terrifying; it had almost been what had happened the first time that dragon laid eyes on him. "Don't do that!" the boy yelped, shaking and not even sure if they could understand him. Dusty blinked and shivered, shaking his scales. Then he laughed. "Nice job, Drakoh, you gave us quite a start," he purred good naturedly. The Brown gave a purr, watching the male Night Fury offer to share his freshly caught kill. "Thank you for your offer," he said sincerely. "But I prefer plants, thanks; enjoy you two," he purred, looking at Drakoh and Frostfire.Character Name: Ryan Simons//Dusty Mood: Becoming Relaxed, Alarmed//Relaxed, Shocked, Grateful To: Frostfire and Drakoh the Night Furies IC Word Count: 372 Made By: Ellie Brigid at Olympian Prophecy

Frostfire gladly agreed to Drakoh's offer, and tore a small piece off for herself. The Night Fury was about to rip into it and wolf the poor creature down, but then she realized that she was being watched. Very carefully, she bit small pieces of the rabbit off, eying the human and the brown.
Sapphire scales shone in the sunlight as Frostfire finished her meal. It wasn't much, but it contented her. Maybe Drakoh wasn't that bad? She would have to tell Sunset of her find. But what about the human? Frostfire thought, Sunset definitely won't be happy about that...

Drakoh tore a morsel off of the first thing he had eaten all week. It tasted good, it tasted wonderful. Drakoh settled into his meal gladly.
When he had eaten his fill, he looked up at Ryan. He didn't know what to do. He was Drakoh the Night Fury. He was made and designed to kill.
Without warning he sprang up and snarled at Ryan, his heart racing. It was burning as black as ever. He couldn't look at Forstfire, for he knew it would be too much to bear.

Ryan watched the two dragons as the ate the newly caught kill. True, he had killed to eat, but that was it. Now, more than ever, Ryan wanted to turn vegetarian, but he wasn't sure if there was enough nutrition in the forest for him to do that. He mainly ate fish, fruit and other items that his parents had told him were safe to eat. The Night Fury with the sapphire markings looked over to him, and Ryan slowly lowered his gaze. He didn't want to look like he was posing a threat. Beside him, the Brown lowered his gaze and let out a hurr.
Then Ryan heard growling. A shiver went down his spine as he realized that it was the male Night Fury. He wondered what he had done wrong in the past few seconds to all the sudden make him hostile. Dusty's ears laid back; he'd try to help Ryan, but there wasn't much that he could do against a Night Fury.OOC: Sorry for the wait!
