Winter

Winter laid beside the pound, his long tail lazily moving though the water in a fake show of dragon dancing. Bored half-lidded red-violet eyes stared blankly ahead, bored as there was absolutely nothing to do.

"Maybe I should go watch the humans again...." Rolling his head over, his neck twisted as Winter now had his head propped upside down by his horns. Nostrils flared as the faint scent of another dragon laid within the area.

I might as well leave, this place is making me cramp...eel. Now he was hungry, hopefully all the eel wasn’t gone, Winter salivated a little at the thought of the most hated fish between all dragons.

Curtis and Slity were out and about looking around for something to do. Slity perked his ear's up and then looked up and saw some birds fly on by, Slity looked back down at Curtis putting his ear's back into the normal position. Curtis would look over at Slity "Eh, I guess bird's are of some interest eh Slity?" Slity would make an agreeing sound to Curtis and then a laughing sound.

Curtis and Slity would slide down a small rock side and would look around not seeing anything yet. Slity would sniff the air. He smelt another dragon near by, Slity would start to move towards the dragon and Curtis would follow behind. "What is it Slity" Curtis would ask in a hushed tone. Slity would look around a large boulder and would see the other dragon, Curtis would get to the edge of the boulder and out look, "Hmm, We have seen one of these haven't we Slity?" Curtis would still be talking in a silent tone. Slity would make a small noise. They obviously didn't want to attract attention.

Winter's eyes rolled up as he heard a human speak, to a dragon from the noise. Taking a big wiff of air through his nose confirmed it, a human and dragon were behind a bolder.

"Humans." He spook softly practically breathing the word as he thought about how crazy the vikings acted last he spied on them. Idiot's all of them. His tail moved like a snake out of the water, prepared to slam in front of the dragon and human if they try to get closer to him.

Smoke fluttered into the air as he breathed out, a slight flame igniting within his mouth.

Slity would perk his ear's up, He had the feeling that the dragon knew that they were behind the boulder. Slity motioned for Curtis to get on his back, Curtis knew what Slity was doing and he would hop Slity's back and would hold on. Slity would pounce up into the sky, If the Dragon noticed it would look like a large white line flying into the air. Slity would come back down afew feet away from the Dragon and would look at it. Curtis would take out a small green covered book and would flip through it to see if the Dragon they were seeing is one they have met. It would appear that it was one they have met before a long time ago. Curtis would hop off Slity back and would look at the Dragon carefully.

Instead of taking his Rapier off his Waist like he would encountering most dragons, He didn't. He didn't like the way this dragon was acting towards them, He needed to be ready. "Well, A Dragon like you all the way up here. Really?" Curtis would ask the question

He didn't know if he should call the dragon stupid for flying above him or a genius. Most wouldn't have been able to see that the white line was a dragon but he did. But when the dragon and his human landed a few feet from where he lay he decided on stupid.

Twisting his neck back, Winter raised his head very snake like and glared down at them, then the human had the nerve to ask what he was doing here. Let's see what he thinks of a talking dragon.

"Mind your busssinesss boy." His snake like tongue caused him to his as his deep voice ehoed through the clearing and futher, No more humans, no more dragons. He didn't want to chance anything else poping out of the trees.

Curtis would Laugh. "A dragon that knows English. Heh intersting, And I seem to be minding my Buissness. Dragon" Curtis would speak with a somewhat voice that sounds like he's telling the dragon to not threaten him. Slity would Listen, Intreiuged by the fact that a dragon was able to speak english, Seemed very unlikeley that was possible. Slity was ready for anything to happen, So was Curtis. They both had the same thoughts.

Curtis would speak again "Now why would you be here, Your Type is found south from here." Curtis would question the Dragon. "Mind awnsering."

"You are an interesting human. As for your confusion I taught myself to speak and understand your language and I fly where I wish. There is no code that I stay were I was hatched."

His eyes turned amused and the glare was dropped. Crossing one of his arms over the other, he watched them taking in both dragon and humans appearance. He has seen humans from where he lived before and fewer dragons. Especially white ones...nope he has seen a white one before, almost knocked him into a human village and the sea.

"Where do you came from human, you seem like those in the village by the Southern Volcano I lived within, nothing like those barbarians." Smoke poofed out his nostrils as he snorted and looked off to the side.

His tail whipped out, brushing over the two's heads as he started to shrink himself. Having filled most of the ground, he now just covered a large boulder spot. Sitting up, Winter was able to look both dragon and human without bending his neck down.

"What are your names? And do you perhaps know where I could recieve any eel?"

Curtis would kind of Snap out of his little "Mood". He would listen to the Dragon "And your probably the only one that will." He would Awnser back to the Dragon. Curtis would watch the Dragon and would continue to awnser. "Barbarians? Eh.. Mabye depending on who you direct it at. But Your Right, I dont look like them" He would look at his Normal Clothing that had What looked like Leather and Mail put over top of it. "Im from Far south, Not from here." Curtis would look around the area "Me and Slity Flew here, Very long trip." Curtis would think through for a second.

Slity would Lay down and would examine the dragon, Curtis would sit and lay against Slity's side thinking still. "Sorry Was thinking of somthing. Im Curtis, This is Slity. And If you want Raw eel, I happen to have some". Slity would Raise his ear's and direct his gaze at Curtis, He would give off kind of a "Seriously, You keep Eel with you!" Look. Curtis would look over at Slity "Oh, Well im sorry for carrying it. Thought i might need if for somthing, Ever thought of that Slity?" Slity would make afew noises before looking back at the Dragon. "Anyways Here, Don't Take it if you dont want it. Otherwise, Eel I think can be found in a cave on the west side of the island." Curtis would look at Slity again.

"Oh I eat the eel alright, though I don't understand why other dragons don't like them...perhaps I lost the feeling of their tast? Or was it something else?" A clawed hand laid on Winter's cheek almost in the position of a thinking human.

Winter found the human and dragon strange, never before has he seen them coexist together so peacefully back from where he came from, "Sli-ty and Cur-tis." He tested their names out on his tongue, finding it quite easy to pronounce their names.

Standing up in his still smaller form, Winter's large wings spread out, flapping a few times causing gusts of wind to blow across the whole area, the water practically spalshing from the force.

A long serpitine tongue flicked out to lick at his lips, "Perhaps you can show me where this cave is dear human?" Red-violet eyes stared at Curtis, shining slightly in the sunlight.

Curtis would think. "Alright, I don't See why not." Slity would stand up and Curtis would fall back. Slity would Laugh "Ah... That's for the Eel." Slity would say to himself. Curtis Would Glare at Slity. "Your Lucky your a good Dragon alot of the time Slity." Curtis would laugh abit before hopping onto Slity's back. "Alright, Keep Up." Slity would Bounce into the Air Quickly and would wait for Winter to get up near them. Curtis would have Slity Aim for the cave. Slity listened and Bolted through the sky towards the cave. Slity would fly around the area afew times before landing on a large rock at the Entrance of the cave. Once Winter Made it to the cave Curtis would start talking again. "It's Easy to see the Eel in here, The Let of energy that is visable." Curtis would look over at the Cave water seeing the body's of the eels.

Slity would kinda have a pissy look on his face due to the fact he Disliked Eel more then any other Dragon could. Just the thought of Eel made him want to run for the hills. Curtis would hop off Slity and would look around the Dimmly lit cave. He would look at the Ice torch's around the wall's of the cave entrance. "I had Slity Make those torch's to this area would be seeable somewhat. It's Ice, So when the Refletion of the sun reflects off the water it hit's the Ice Torchs giving it a Blue glow to it. Cool Eh?" Curtis would laugh at himself.

He easily kept up with Slity, actually having to hold back on the strenght of his wings to not go ahead of the other even though he was now about the same size. Remind myself next time, smaller size during flight with smaller dragons...unless in battle.

Once landing outside the cave and listening to Curtis's explination, he walked in, fangs bared in a grin at the pissy look on Slity's face. His red scales gleamed as he walked toward the small pond. "There's not a problem with me eating all these are there?"

Winter didn't wait for a response before he jumped in and started snapping at the eels, electicity lighting up the area as they tried to shock him. He ate them with a vengence, the only sign of the battle being black smoke floating out his maw every time it opened to gobble more down.
