It was the night of a banquet to be held in her fathers honor. As his daughter, she would be given a place of honor close to the head of the table where her father would sit. She was nervous, she didn't know why something in the air was just different in some way. She had finished getting ready and walked out into the main room where her mother waited. She sat down slowly and waited for her father to be ready. Her mother must have sensed her anxiety because she asked her what the matter was. "nothing, mother" Luna said quietly. Her mother told her she should be exited for her father and she expected her to be on her best behavior for the feast. "I will, mother" Luna responded. Just then her father came out, more like statefully Strode out. He was dressed in his nicest set of clothes and a red cape and had lots of shiny pins on his clothing. He smiled at his wife and motioned towards the door signaling he was ready to go. She hated how lately he had almost completely ignored her all the time. As her parents walked out the door, she followed them. She followed them down the streets and into the large hall they held meetings in. Every village member was there and watched as they walked in the door. A great roar arose as her father spread out his arms to his people and basked in his own glory. She followed her parents to their seats.

Jacobo, as Ghost was known back then, snuck silently among the crowds. He wandered about near the front, just below the surface of the crowd. He had a man to kill and a nation to revive; or so the lies had fueled his mind. Jacobo stopped to watch the chief, not joining in the uproarious joy of the people. He had no reason to do so, and every reason to stay in a mute state. "You're nearly there, Jacobo..." he told himself under his breath. "Almost there." He slinked into the halls with everyone, wandering aimlessly before the feast actually began. There would first be some general speech and get-togethers.

Luna continued to follow her parents a the crowd parted for them. When they finally Made their way to the head of the largest table her mother and she sat down And her father went to his seat and stood up on it to make his speech. Everyone had their eyes trained on her father waiting for him to start speaking. The room looked almost spooky with the torchlight, it created flickering shadows on the walls. It made her uneasy. The Room fell almost completely silent as her father started to speak. His deep voice boomed through the room and bounced off the walls echoing in her ears. His speech was fairly long, but she didn't listen. If he was going to ignore her, she would do her best to do the same to him. He finally finished up and people began bringing steaming platters of food out and setting them on the tables. Luna wasn't very hungry, she felt too tense and uneasy to eat much. The huge room was so full of people it was hard to focus on one thing at a time. She picked at her food alittle. And then sat back and basically did nothing.
