Winter grinned from his hiding space, sharp white canines flashing as red-violet eyes glowed from behind the tree line. His large wings quivered as he crouched in preparation. The smell of smoked eel, fish, and other meat wafted over the area, making the large dragon to salivate.
His eyes were only trained on the barrel that held all the eel. Who knew the Vikings were smart enough to do that.
Winter raised himself slightly, a barely there hiss escaping his gaping mouth before he lunged. The trees broke from the force of his body slamming into them and his tail whipped them away before hitting the houses close by.
He landed on one of the large houses the was able to uphold most of his weight and screeching loudly, snatched one of the eel filled barrels before bolting back into the forest.
He raced through the trees, snapping branches and trees themselves that lay in his path. It didn't take long before he made it to the edge of the mountain. Laying down the barrel, Winter flopped down before holding the barrel still and popping the lid open.
He purred in delight before diving in, eating all the eel and playing with them at times.

WHEN YOU'RE AT THE END OF THE ROAD & YOU LOST ALL SENSE OF CONTROL ,& your thoughts have taken their toll , ---------------------------------------------------------------------Chad was by the pier when he saw the wild dragon looking at the eel. He leaned against one of the boats watching it. It looked very hungry and interested in the bucket of eel that he had actually just caught. He smiled wondering if the dragon was going to take it. To his not so surprise after a couple minutes it did. He shook his head wondering if he should follow it. Only a couple people in the village would want to eat eel and there was plenty more to catch. The only reason that he was out fishing for eel was because not one Viking-In-Training had came by the teaching area.
Chad sighed before heading off for the forest. He wasn’t going to tell the dragon to not eat. He was going to see if the dragon would want more later. He knew that the villagers of Berk all loved dragons. If one dragon liked eel a lot, well he figured that a couple people might want to try to tame the dragon by feeding it eel. When he finally entered the forest he followed the broken trees until he came upon the dragon eating and playing with all the eel. ”Well that’s no way to be eating.” He said calmly to the dragon.

Aiden was in a rather heavy half-sleep, as he roamed around the heavily forested area, searching for his Tigris, Bodi. He called out loudly, rubbing his bloodshot eyes. He had not slept in over 42 hours, which was a completely unacceptable swerve from his daily regimen of sleeping every 18 hours. His stupid dragon had to chase the stupid rat into the stupid woods. And now Aiden had to deal with it before he caused any trouble. Aiden sighed loudly, his head pounding and swimming like a welder for Aegir. He called out once more, and a cracking of wood and earth made him overjoyed. He ran after the sound, until he skidded to a stop, just before he would have fallen off the small cliff onto the ground below. His dragon was staring down at not only the other dragon, Winter, but at the human. He purred, eyes fixated on the two. Aiden rolled his eyes, then hopped onto the saddle covering Bodi's back.
"Five minutes, Bodi. I'm serious! If i don't catch any sleep tonight...well, lets just say that you'll be praying to whatever thing you fur covered beasties believe in that you wake up in the morning." Aiden quipped, half serious. He hugged his dragon, happy to see him again, then readied himself and Bodi. "Take us down gently, okay? Nothing stylish."

Winter looked at the human, unimpressed with his arrival. Snorting smoke out, the dragon turned back to his food but still watching the human out of the corner of his eye. As he continued to eat the eel slower now, he watched the Viking to see if he would notice his tail moving behind him.
The large dragon decided to mess with the Viking and pretended his tail was a snake before quickly swiping the man off his feet. Winter’s teeth chattered at the loud thud of the others back slamming into the ground.
Just as Winter was about to stick his snout into the barrel to get the rest of the eel, two new scents wafted down. Another dragon and human were on the ledge above him. He would ignore them until they bugged him, which they had better not planned to steal his food.
Finally sticking his snout in and slurping the slimy eels up with his long serpentine tongue, Winter curled his tail around the Viking to hang him upside down by the ankle before he even had a chance to move after the fall.
Words: Close but all I could think of. Muse: Floating away~ Notes: Sorry it took so long, muse keeps disappearing and I haven’t been on the good computer lately. >.>
