I know i'm not on the right account for this really, but I can't be bothered right now.
It's been a VERY long time now and not a single soul wants to post in my RP topics with Sven &Hermes. Even with Scratchet, it's difficult to get someone to reply without a hell a lot of prodding and poking.
Yet, when I look around, everyone seems to be very active on numerous RP topics.
I apologise for the ranty attitude, but I came here to RP, not dawdle and wait years for a single reply.
I suppose this will just get blatantly ignored, but hey - what can i do? *shrugs*
Maybe the ignorance will make me more likely to concentrate on my studies....

Ok. So RKB, I can completely understand why you are feeling left out. I'm very sorry for having a part In that, because I LOVE sctratchet and I really want to get to know Sven and I'm already working on it with pickle. I think all your characters are cool and I especially live scratchet ;]. BUT- when you start an open thread often they are hard to reply to. And I just seems random, like there is no purpose, there is no plotting or anything, it's out of the blue. And so often I am confused on what to write exactly. If perhaps you would Have something in mind to happen with our characters and tell us beforehand, I would be happy as a clam to reply! I think your characters all have fun, unique personalities that would mix well with other characters, but it would help if there was rhyme and reason to you starting a thread. Also, they don't always have to be open, you can choose a character you might want to do something with and contact them and start a closed thread with that person/s. If you could scheme up something specific to happen to luna with Sven, I would be thrilled to reply! I just don't want to be open-ended. I don't join a whole lot of open threads to start with anyways, typically only if they already involve several characters or If it is a new person. And I don't start open stuff either, maybe I'll try it out, then you can do something there if your interested. So please don't take that personally. ANYWAYS, my goal here was constructiveness, not nit-pickyness. Next time your on pop in the cbox and tell me any ideas you might have for you and I ^^ cuz I miss scratchet.

To be honest, that is the exact point of threads. Normally youre not supposed to make 345678876543 threads with an absolutely straightforward purpose unless you know what is supposed to happen based on lines of the plot and how the admin wants something like that to run. That's what RPing is, creating any number of more or less, randomly directed threads to take anywhere you want.
If you need something to respond to to beef up your post since theres generally no character interactions until a second post unless you all decide otherwise beforehand, talk about something else like the scenery.
RP is for where you'll go with the unknown ^^ Unless you post a plotting page for your character or a wanted ad in the plotting boards, expect RPs to be a complete mystery to you, that's part of the fun of it ^^

Ah, okay, I see where I've gone wrong, and thus I apologise.
I also apologise that I came off a bit rude or agressive - real-life stuff's just making me a little bitter right now.
And most of all - Thank you for the criticism! I crave the stuff, lol. I can totally understand where you're coming from, and it's true that I sort of writing RP's a little Willy-nilly with no direction of where I'm going. I'll see to it that I modify those RP's no one's started in yet, and try and make them more open and hint at some possible plot-line.
I've never been fond of private RPs, but I'll be sure to give it ago, hey, I might try and make one of those rp's with sven private, if anyone wants to!
So yeah, I'm sorry that I came across as nasty, and thank you for showing me what the hell is wrong with me at the same time ^_^
