DATE & TIME : August 8th WEATHER CONDITIONS : Cloudy. No sun CHARACTERS INVOLVED : ViTs, Sven, Wycliffe PREVIOUS THREADS ? 2D; also please look here, clicky, for the posting order. ^.^ Chad walked into the arena with high hopes of today's lesson. It was an easy enough lesson. Or so he thought. But then again, Kenna had thought that her lesson was easy enough and look what had happened then! He sighed and shook his head. This is why he was glad he had today's lesson. It would really show what the kids knew about dragons. What he would have to teach them about dragons and then they could go back to weapons. But it seemed that they needed to start at the basics.
He walked in carrying little chests. He had already made one trip and four chests were already laid out. He had brought four more now. Of course, this was slightly more than how many kids he was expecting, but who knew? He could expand the lesson or more could show up. It was always good to plan ahead. He laid down the chest in front of each holding pen. The lesson today would consist of general knowledge. The kids had to get past the dragon, one at a time of course and get a little sack inside the chest. They were only allowed to get one sack out of each chest each. The kid with the most sacks in the end got to keep the contents of the little pouches. Which of course were some little trinkets and some food. Though this food was some of the better food. It was sweeter and more of a snack variety.
He had asked the kids dragons to come earlier than the kids themselves. And he wasn't surprised when he heard the flapping of the wings. Nappy of course was already here. His Boneknapper was lying in front of one of the chests already. Summer's Monstrous Nightmare, Fireworm, was in front of another. Arya's Longwing, Saphira, was in front of one right to the left of Nappy. He motioned for Shock to go stand in front of the chest next to Fireworm. Next to the Skrill he asked Flint & Stahl to guard that chest. Followed by Camo, and lastly Timber.
He looked at the lineup once more. Each dragon was standing in front of a chest. First was Nappy, followed by Saphria, next was Fireworm, followed by Shock, whom was followed by Flint & Stahl, who Camo stood next to, and who lastly Timber took up. His eyes narrowed though as they rested on the last chest. He had an extra chest. Or a late dragon. He quickly went over them again and with a stupid sort of dawning whistled. It was then his little Terrible Terror flew into the arena. "I know you don't want to do this. Especially with Ulrika and Grima involved. But I need you. I promise they won't hurt you." Dagger gave a huff before flying over to the last chest at the end of the line and landing on top of it.
Each dragon was guarding the chest in its own way. Nappy had his great head on top of it. Saphria had her left wing covering it completely. Fireworm had circled her body around it, and as stated before Dagger was sitting on his. He turned to the dragons with a smile. "So remember guys. Don't let the ViTs to the chests unless they prove themselves. They have to really know what you guys are like. Not throw insults or harm you. The first one to do that is kicked out."
With a short nod he turned and stood in the middle of the arena. His back to the dragons. Now he had to play the waiting game and wait for the ViTs to show up. He had heard that even Sven was probably going to be making an appearance. But Chad wasn't sure. From the time he had met the dragonoligist, he had known he was a bright individual and he was hoping he could help Chad shed some light on some of the more rarer species here today. Who knew? Maybe Sven would even allow him to use Hermes. That would prove to be an interesting challenge. He heard a footstep and his eyes flicked to the entrance to see who had arrived first.

Stahl had agreed to it despite the fact she wasn’t too keen on the idea. So they flew in at the specified time and quickly took their place in the line-up. As they waited, Flint noticed that Knott was slightly nervous about being there. She smiled, the dragon had only come into the village for the first time a few days earlier and she still didn’t really have much courage around the village.
“Hey, it’s fine girl,” she said over the Changewing between them. Stahl just lay her head on the ground as they her twin talked, “This place creeps everyone out first time they’re in here, it was designed as a dragon prison originally.” She said not quite realising how that half of her comment wouldn’t really be a helper to the Night Fury’s feelings.
“But it hasn’t been used as such for yeaaaaars, nowadays it’s a training area for the kids, this is Ulrika’s second home the amount to time she and Grima spend in here. You’ll be fine.” She looked up as they all heard heard footsteps and saw Grima enter.
Grima was about as early as he usually was, though since his dragon had been called in he’d stayed outside for a few minutes since he guessed his teacher would want them prepared for…whatever it was Chad wanted to do today. He finally entered to see the line of dragons and saw the boxes by them. He wondered what they were to do, though by the position Stahl was in he had a feeling she was going to use her gas for whatever reason.

(Well, alright then!)
Bryn waited outside the training arena, and, a rarity, maybe even a first since she'd found her dragon, without Shock. Usually the dragon would be there to watch, even if she wasn't involved. Bryn had never understood why, but hadn't really minded either. She hadn't really given it much thought at all, as a matter of fact.
But today, Shock was in with Chad, and judging by the sounds coming from the arena, she wasn't the only dragon. That, or Shock was raising an almighty fuss, though the two weren't mutually exclusive. Shock had never really liked crowds, unless she got the chance to show off in front of them, that is. Although come to think of it, that might be exactly what she's doing.
Inside, Shock was not, in fact, raising an almighty fuss, although when Chad mentioned that the first one to hurt or insult them would be thrown out, she snorted. Just the first one, huh? Real comforting, human. Shock was generally not a fan of the VIT's - especially that girl Ulrika and the other teen, Venny or some such thing. Sliding a glance towards the Zippleback next to her that had one head yammering and one head on the ground, she shook her head and crouched lower over her chest, placing her front legs protectively over it. And some dragons are just as bad...
Noticing Grima entering the arena, Bryn followed him, scanning the line in front of her. First in line was Nappy, followed by Saphria, then Fireworm, Shock, Flint & Stahl, Camo, and Timber. Then, she noticed the Terrible Terror. Judging from Shock's stance, it wouldn't take much for her to snap and torch someone- or everyone, for that matter. She didn't envy whoever had to get past the moody Skrill.
Scanning the rest of the line, she noticed Grima's Zippleback. Bryn half-hoped she wouldn't get the Zippleback- they were extra tricky- but on the other hand, she half-hoped she get the Zippleback. In her book, it wasn't fun if there wasn't a challenge.

Camo was asked to arrive earlier than his annoying partner, of course he replied with a scoff of laziness but he did what Chad had asked him to do. He wasn't so sure if the little sacks of trinkets and snacks was much of a prize, however the Changewing didn't argue. He laid down on the chest he was assigned to, next with some Zippleback, and with some other dragon that was none of his interest. Camo supposed some chit chat would be nice, but he had to finish listening to the explanation that Chad was giving to all of them. 'Not throw insults or harm us?The first one to do that is kicked out? Heh, Venny isn't going to last long here.' He sighed at the thought of his rider's personality. She clearly wasn't going to last long, she was a clever girl, just more of the side of being stubborn. Camo lifted his head off the floor while his body covered the chest and looked around the arena of dragons, he blinked boringly at the others. Chit chat it was then. "Soooo, anyone want to bet their lunch on which kid doesn't make it to get three sacks?"
Venny stomped to the arena, frustrated that Camo went on ahead without her! She had already literally dragged Irrite out of bed, he had begged her to leave him alone to get ready so Venny went off without him. With her dad out traveling, she didn't expect anyone downstairs with some good breakfast, Dad was great at cooking. Venny drooled on her way thinking about the nice lunch he had made for them. She wiped the liquid that ran down her chin with her sleeve. "Nnngh, I'll eat later," she mumbled as she arrived.
She noticed some of the others had arrived, there was Bryn, whom she was sure that Irrite planned to flirt with, and Grima. He sure was looking grim. She snickered at her own joke, she managed to catch the sentence of not insulting dragons and harming them. That she could do, if she tried hard enough. She bit her lips at the insulting part, she adjusted her helmet and continued walking to the other Vikings in Training. "Alright guys, someone better tell me what's happening," she ordered as she got close enough to the others.

Irrite WAS dragged out of his bed, ugh they did this every darn day. It was different everything, Camo roaring at him to wake up, a slap to the head, hell they even held Mr. Fluffles hostage! After that event with the stuffed animal they didn't pester with the toy again. But today it was the more common one of just Venny dragging him out of bed with his back thumping on the wooden floor. He groaned as he heard Venny leave without him, it was way more peaceful without the jerk around.
Irrite got up and dressed, bringing along an apple from his recent run with Camo to get some fruit. He gave a quick yawn as he arrived at the arena, he dreaded the place honestly. There was plenty of jealousy around, he didn't have his own dragon and sharing Camo with Venny wasn't exactly helping, in fact it made him feel worse. But as usual his room mate was ordering around the poor other ViTs, he shrugged at the question, Irrite could care less about this whole lesson.
He shuffled his signature maroon scarf around as he noticed Bryn, ehh if it weren't for him being all grumpy today, he would had given out a few compliments. But instead he ignored the urge to do that, "Hey guys," he greeted as he ignored Venny's question. "It's a uh... Nice day," he added as he looked up in the sky, yeah the weather wasn't great it was dull and boring. Like today.

Oh right, forgot about that glitch in the running order. Basicly we have a rule that one member can not post twice in the same thread consecutively without a 24hr gap, we should either change the running order to fix that or you'll need to take that gap.

OOC: I'll post with Svenny after this then we can properly do the posting order XD
Timber was sheltering with Smudge round the back of the Weostan household. It wasn't a particularly nice day today, and Ulrika was still asleep. But she was awake now, and, still not used to being considered 'tame', the Night Fury decided to go for a wander, and perhaps try to learn more about humans.
She hadn't got far when she saw Stahl and Flint fly overhead, heading with Grima to some location... She watched as they disappeared over the rooftops of houses. Just then, a voice in dragonese spoke up behind her:
"Where's Ulrika?" The voice made her jump and on alert, eyes turning to slits and growling. But it was just a villager. She relaxed, if only slightly. She didn't know the man, but he was speaking dragonese, so he should be a friend.
"Where's Ulrika?" He repeated again. "You know, with you around now, Ulrika doesn't have to be late for lessons anymore. It'd probably help her..." The man continued.
"Ulrika has a lesson today?" The man nodded and spoke about how the dragons had to be in earlier than the . Timber knew there was a lesson today, but Ulrika had said nothing about being earlier to prepare for a lesson. A growling resounded in her throat again.
She sauntered past the Viking and bolted up to the house, to the shuttered window where Ulrika was probably still sleeping. Still growling unhappily, she sat back on her haunches and with her forfeet began to forcefully scrabble at the shutters, since they wouldn't open the other way.
"Ulrika! You wake up now! We gotta go!" She heard a groaning, but it wouldn't do. Ulrika was the only one in the house right now, so Timber felt no hesitation to burst throught he front door this time, bound into the bedroom and drag the half-awoken Ulrika by the scruff of her furred coat.
Half falling on the floor woke her up enough, but Timber wasn't done, as she brought Ulrika out and launched into the air. She then threw Ulrika onto her back, which by now had definitely woken up the poor girl, as she clutched onto the saddle from the brief fright.
Ulrika has finally found her voice. "TIMBER STOP DOING STUFF LIKE THAT!" She howled over the wind as Timber followed one of the other ViT's dragons in the distance to a strange cage-like arena across the small body of water.
Timber faltered slightly in the air at the sight. With the drab atmosphere it didn't look like a nice place. Ulrika could feel Timber slowing slightly and worrying again. Kicking the beast's sides with the side of her legs like riding a horse, she goaded the dragon on regardless.
They finally landed outside, but when Ulrika realised how early it was, she had a little spat before going off in a huff, something about being too early. Timber was going to follow and bring her back, until Chad, the teacher came along and told Timber what to do. She guessed he was the teacher, he seemed friendly enough. He directed her to a small chest, in which Timber could smell some sort of sweet food inside. She understood what her task was, and what this task for the children was, so complied.
Timber looked at the other dragons in the arena. Some kinds she knew already, some where completely diffrent dragons that she wasn't familiar with. She lay down though, not really wanting to converse with the others. She wrapped her forefeet around the box, clutching it to her chest. The arena had a horrible atmosphere for the new dragon, and she wasn't very keen on it at all.
But then Flint spoke up over Camo the Changewing. The single head tried to comfort the newbie to the arena. Luckily, Timber took in the word 'originally', but watched as the Zippleback corrected herself and explained how much the Arena meant for Ulrika. Timber crooned a little in appreciation of the kind words. "...Thanks." She said, though she still was a little nervous at the prospect.
Chad assured that the children who'd be insulting or nasty would be kicked out. But Timber was more wondering why the teacher wasn't speaking dragonese. As a teacher, surely he would know the language of the dragons to teach to children? Oh, of course. It would explain why Ulrika doesn't know Dragonese... Among other things. She didn't really want Ulrika to be kicked out, but so far, she had begun to notice a recurring trait with the child, and perhaps this lesson might stomp it out of her.
There was a very boastful Changewing next to her, taking bets on the children. Timber's ears flattened slightly. She didn't think it was a particularly nice thing to say about the kids, especially as Ulrika, her human, was destined to have trouble with dragons.
Once all was done, the young Vikings began to enter the arena. Grima was first. Timber remembered him from that disastrous first flight she and Ulrika had. She hoped he didn't have a grudge on her for it... She hasn't been around long at all, and she didn't want to ruin her first impressions... She hardly knew anyone at all! She didn't recognise the other children, but observed them quietly. The Night Fury was definitely curious, and was interested to see how these ones were in comparison to Ulrika.
Speaking of whom... Where was she? Timber perked up at this. She hadn't come in with the other Vikings... She wanted to find her, but didn't want to leave her box unprotected, in case the lesson started without her or something... It seems, despite coming earlier, Ulrika was still going to be late.
Meanwhile, after Ulrika had gone off in a huff, she had found an interesting rock to climb, and scaled it, until she found a little niche that was comfortable and had an interesting view of the arena. After her rude awakening, she wanted to go back to sleep again... There was pletny of time before the lesson started...

Sven had heard from Kenna and various other villagers that there was going to be a lesson today, in which the trainee's dragons would have some limelight. It was in essence, a dragon training exercise, and this of course would interest the young Dragonologist.
Before heading to the arena though, he thought he should check up on his new outsider friend, Thirit (as Wycliffe would constantly insist on this name instead for now). He knew where the Snow Raider had set up his camp, with his boat overturned to make a sort of shelter, the sails used to more or less block out the wind and rain.
He knocked on the side of the boat, as there wasn't really a door. "Thirit? Are you there?"
"Come on, let's just go already." Said a voice behind him. It was Hermes. "I wanna see the kids getting annihilated by their own buddies. It will be awesome. Cuz it won't be me."
Sven glared at Hermes. "Don't speak so soon. The blonde man warned at his companion. He turned back to the side of the boat, unwilling to enter unless invited. "I was wondering if you wanted to watch the Viking-In-Trainings have a lesson? I hear it's really interesting this time!

With a chuckle from within, the sound of merriment signaled that the skald was well awake, and minding himself "indoors" if the boat could indeed be considered as a home. He'd been quite busy this morning, burrowing into the sand as he tried to make a decently flat floor, and there was a pile of sand outside which testified to his efforts. "Fai, thirit?" <<Yes, friend?>> With a bit of scuffling from within, his face, dirtied with sand, popped out from one side of the sail.
His hair was faring little better, the sand and grease seeming to keep it sticking out from his head in all directions. He actually noticed this, and made a mental note to douse his head in the ocean before heading out on today's errands. "The little ones? They is for to be the training?" He dusted his plaid blanket off, straightening up as he grabbed his stick. With a quick stride, he closed with his new friend, and, offering his hand, asked, "How is for to the being? Good? Ve should to be the seeing these little vones with the dragons, yes?" His speech was excited and hurried; clearly, this was something he was quite interested in.
He turned to Hermes, trying to offer some sort of compliment or praise, and perhaps somehow get into good graces with the ambassador dragon. "You is looking wery nice today, Hermes. Wery... slick, and fast-like. Is good." Perhaps he couldn't speak the language yet, but he could certainly take a hint, at times. Now, he thought, was the time to curry her favor, hopefully.
"Perhaps the dragon-teacher vill be knowing many tricks, yes? Perhaps am to the learning from the vatching, yes?" Still not integrated into the village, Wycliffe still wanted to know as much as possible about the life here; there was something to be learned about the unique bond these people had with their dragons, something curious indeed.

Post by Chad & Nappy & Dagger on Feb 15, 2013 22:15:19 GMT -5
Grima was the first to enter and Chad wasn't all that surprised. He could be one of the best students he had. If it wasn't for his constant fighting with Ulrika. He looked towards Dagger. His dragon was shooting glares at the young ViT and Chad smiled. Ohhhh, he knew who Grima was going to get at first. This was supposed to be a challenge. Dagger would make sure that was a challenge. He looked towards Nappy. Of course the Boneknapper could care less. It looked slightly bored. But he knew that his dragon knew what he had to do. The Knapper had turned its attention on Timber. "Yes. Don't worry. Chad won't let anything bad happen to us. He doesn't put up with that stuff. Oh hush up Dagger." The Terrible Terror had started speaking as soon as Nappy had gone half way through his sentence. "Oh yes. Nothing bad will happen. What about that day Ulrika and Grima teamed up on me huh?!" It was obvious the dragon was still bitter about it, but Nappy just shook his head. Both he and Chad hadn't been there to stop it. It was Daggers own fault for getting in a hissy fit with Chad's younger sister. He glanced over at Fireworm. Of course Chad had had second guesses about using the Nightmare. It was after all one of those dragons that its only really loyalty too was her human. But since Summer trusted Chad, Fireworm trusted him to a slight degree. Her slightly eyes narrowed at him though as he turned to look at her and she gave a puff of smoke in annoyance. She smirked as he turned his head to Saphira. The blue dragon looked calmly at Chad. He had been very nice to her in the way he spoke. He respected her and she was glad for that. From the stories his dragon had told though, he was always respectful to the dragons. It made the young but large dragon sad for the fact that the teacher didn't know their language. She had to get Arya to sit him down and teach him. The teacher couldn't teach right with having the learning gap between the dragons. She knew that some of the kids had to know it. They were just so close with their dragons. She started as she heard the Changwing speak. She turned her gaze towards him. "That is not very nice. It's never good to count your dragons before they hatch. I bet a lot of these children are good. I'm only speaking from my knowledge of the kids at my old village." She didn't like when dragons talked back their human companions. Why be with the human if you were going to make snide comments? Chad of course didn't know what the dragons were thinking or talking about so he rounded back to his group, surprised that they were pretty much all there. In his mind he started going over who would get which dragon. Grima would start with Dagger. As Bryn would start with Flint & Stahl. Her eyes had wavered a bit on the Zippleback and Chad could see the hope as well as the dread reflected in them. Chad looked over as Venny entered and started speaking. He gave a small laugh before shaking his head. "You will know once everyone gets here. I don't want to have to repeat myself." Venny. Who would be good for the young ViT? He glanced at the dragons before deciding on Shock. It would make for an interesting little gamble. Irrite entered next and he sounded and looked to be in a grumpy mood. He had been planning to send the young boy to Fireworm. But if both dragon and student were grumpy things could make a turn for the worse. 'Better play things safe for now with Nappy.' He looked around. Where was Ulrika? The last one to arrive of course. He sighed and turned towards Timber. "Can you please go find Ulrika? I don't want to have to wait forever? In the mean time, you guys can get started." He turned back to his group. If the Night Fury left it was great. If it didn't, well Ulrika would show up at some point. "Ok. So today, instead of our usual weapon training and dragon training classes, this class is entirely revolving around dragons species. You guys should all know what these dragons are. It is your job to get to the chests, and get one pouch before moving on to the next dragon. Now, you may not injure, insult, steal, or do anything that could get you in trouble by me or would get you killed if you were facing one of these in the wild. If you do, you are out of here and you can watch everyone else from up there." He waited for anyone to give any questions or anything before speaking again. As he spoke the first part, he heard the small dragon growl but Chad just narrowed his eyes at the Terror for a moment before continuing. "Grima, you will start with Dagger. Bryn is with Flint & Stahl. Venny you're with Shock. Irrite with Nappy. The rest of the dragons, go ahead and just wait. You don't have to guard the chest until the ViT gets to you." Ulrika would start with Saphria when she arrived. It would make for a safe gamble. He waited for her before telling her what he told everyone else before giving her a slight nudge towards the Longwing. He turned to his class waiting for it to begin.[/blockquote] ((RKB just go ahead in your Ulrika post and say that Chad said all that stuff to her and then told her to go to Saphria. Unless she gets there when he starts speaking, in which case just say that he said she goes to Saphria xD))

Post by Grima, Stahl & Flint on Feb 22, 2013 18:44:45 GMT -5
Flint looked at the teachers two dragons, slightly confused. She hadn’t known Grima when whatever they were on about had happened, heck, she still didn’t know he and Ulrika had once been friends, let alone known what they’d been like as friends.
Stahl smiled slightly at the longwing’s comment, while Flint was glaring at the changewing for the comments she was making.
They then, with Grima and everyone else, heard Chad’s speech to the Vikings in training. Grima raised an eyebrow at his comment about not injuring them, “That doesn’t sound very ‘real life situation,” he quietly muttered to himself.
He then heard the dragon he’d have to face. Turning to the Terror, he realised just how much the Dagger still hated him. He knew how to deal with a pack of terrors, another way this doesn’t represent actual life, you don’t meet a lone terror in the wild.
He had to be tactful today, if he wanted to get anything he’d need to try and get this dragon on side. He slowly advanced to about three metres from the dragon which his arms slightly open so try and show he meant no harm, “Despite what your master things, Ulrika and I are not friends anymore. We are not play-fighting every lesson. And while I cannot vouch for her, I have grown up since we were the dicks we were to you.”
He bowed slightly while keeping his head up and eyes straight on Dagger, as out of character as this was for him, he knew this’d be his best shot, “I’m sorry for what we did.”
While this was happening, Bryn was directed to Stahl and Flint. Stahl started to exhale some of her gas so it was hard to see the chest or her, while Flint kept her head up so she could watch the human do whatever she was going to do.
(OOC: I give you free reign to use S&F in your next Bryn post. Stahl’s quite mean and will mess with Bryn if she can. Hopefully I’ve given enough characterness in my last two posts that you can guess what they’ll be like.
Also quick comment Summer, the Maze thing was back in June, might want to slightly edit that line since it sounds like your char has been very out if the loop and not been teaching them for a month and a half)

Post by Venny and Camo on Feb 22, 2013 21:02:14 GMT -5
The Changewing watched as one dragon tried to comforted the other. Something about reassuring her about the arena and how it killed dragons years back. The Arena sometimes scared him out as well but he decided to push that though to the back of his mind so he wouldn't get distracted.
Camo had took notice that most of the dragons had reacted negatively to his suggestion on making the bet for the Vikings in Training. He rolled his eyes as he laid his head on the ground while the rest of his limbs were surrounding the chest he was guarding. As soon as Saphire commented on his bets, the Changewing raised his head off the around to reply. "I'm sure you are right, but from what I've seen these kids always distract each other," he groaned. "Not to let your hopes down but the kid there with the helmet, the boy with the scarf, both of them don't get along. Now if you pair up that Grima kid with the blonde, you're setting off a terrible trap." The Changewing laid his head back down; "But I suppose if you have high expectations with them, you're free to do so," he added as he watched the vikings entering the arena. What joy of entertainment.
His eyes had darted back to Timber when Chad had asked her to get Ulrika, 'Children, why am I not surprised.' His tail had flickered behind him as he spoke to the Night Fury, "Well if you're going to go out, we'll make sure you get some of the snacks that I hope we're going to get. And possibly the lowdown while you're gone. Hey, good luck with getting the kid," Camo shot a confident grin before camouflaging himself into the environment.
As soon as Chad replied to her, Venny nodded, and decided to keep quiet until everything was settled. The viking had saw her dragon that had went missing in the morning and left early, Venny shot an annoyed glance at the hidden Changewing, in which Camo caught sight of and stuck his tongue out. She mumbled a few curses before she listened to Chad continue on about some story about the maze. She lightly snickered, Venny wasn't around for that class but she heard it was terrible. So glad she skipped school for that day.
When he had stated no insulting was allowed, Venny silently made a dramatic 'nooooo' expression. Camo had snickered at the emotion. She sighed as she tried to keep her tongue in place, ignoring the urge to protest. When it was announced she was going to face Shock, Venny had bit her lip uncomfortable that she was up against a Skrill. Just a week ago she had to show off her aerial stunts with a cranky old man to escape one. Venny shuddered at the memory and walked over to the chest where Shock had guard it.
Taking a deep breath, Venny had taken a sturdy stance and tried to recall what she knew. 'Okay, so Skrills can light themselves on fire, w-wait that's the Nightmare. These things are connected with lightning.' Venny adjusted her helmet hoping not to lose it if she got into a rustle with her. 'Looks like I have to rely on good old trickery.'

Shock snorted in derision. Venny Sharpblade, really? The girl seemed obviously incompetent and horribly inexperienced. Maybe not completely hopeless, but the Skrill didn't have high hopes for Sharpblade. Bryn Myrkr at least knew the basics of getting around a dragon... then again, Myrkr most likely had more experience then Sharpblade. Shock was tempted to just fry the girl now, but restrained herself. Well, she'd give the girl a chance. A fair chance? Maybe not so much. Deciding to psyche the girl out a bit, she let a spark snap on the spines across her back and snorted a bit of blue-white fire onto the ground, stretching her neck forward, fixing Sharpblade with glaring purple eyes. _______________
Bryn eyed the Zippleback warily, mentally running through everything she could think of that she knew about the two-headed dragons- this one in particular. Stahl shot out gas, Flint blew it up. Great. But which side was which? It was the...right side that breathed gas? Or the left? No, she was pretty sure it was the right side... Ah, nevermind. Stahl was already breathing out gas. Well, that simplified matters. Moving carefully, she kept both hands visible and open-palmed, trying not to provoke a spark from Flint. She was pretty sure Flint was the better-tempered of the two heads...how much better, she wasn't sure. Okay. Start with Flint, try and get them to argue, they'll stall out, and maybe I can slip around and get the sack without dying. Not completely sure about that. She smiled nervously at Stahl and Flint. "So- hi." She said nervously. "Just so we can talk with greater ease... I'm Bryn. And if I'm right... you're Stahl, right? And your name is Flint." She felt a bit ridiculous talking in Viking to a dragon, but she only knew a few words of Dragonese- "fly", "land", "listen", "wake up", and "thank you." Somehow she didn't think any of them would be useful at this point.
(Edited. Sorry about that...)

Bryn's post is too short. Also Stahl is already breathing out gas, probably should ahve said which side though (soz), the right head (in perspective of the dragon) is Stahl, left is Flint.
