From Point A to Point B.

Luna had never heard of the fruit. She nodded as he said what it was called and noted it's name. She couldn't imagine what it was like Even farthersouth from here. Red rock was the farthest she had ever travelled anywhere. She didn't really travel much anyway.

She saw curtis' mother appear in the doorway. Luna smiled and greeted janette, who seemed to be in a good mood this morning. Curtis informed her of where there whereabouts for the day would be she seemed fine with it. Curtis parents gave him alot of freedom, as she had noticed. Next janette did something a bit strange. She smiled at her and gave winked at her. Luna kind of stared blankly back. She wasn't sure why she had done that. Oh well, maybe she would find out later.

"walking is fine with me. I'll just leave this sweater on and I need to run upstairs and get my boots- I left them by your bed last night." she said. Luna hoped she wouldnt regret leaving that long skirt here. Curtis walked out of the kitchen and luna followed but rather than heading straight for the door she skittered up the stairs and slipped her boots on to her feet before padding downstairs again. She made her way to the door, where Curtis awaited her. She smiled at him as he opened the door for her to let her out and let her walk out first, which she did. She took another bite of the fruit and looked around. There wasn't snowy mush on the ground from the melting because the dragons had cleared out alot of that with their fire. They set out for the village on foot. Luna walked along next to Curtis as he led the way. Whe she had finished the fruit he gave her and had disposed of the remains she reached over and slipped her hand into his and they held hands as they walked along on the way to the town of red rock.

Curtis looked around, A couple farms were still clearing abit of snow or frost off their buildings. Who know's how much damage that blizzard had really cuased until you start getting complaints to the head of the town. Curtis walked along the stone path, They passed a small pull-off road that went towards a couple farms in the distance. He squeezed Luna's hand and smiled looking at her again, "So, What do you think of Red Rock. Alot of these building's you wouldn't find in Berk." He laughed abit becuase it was true, The terrain on Berk wasn't the best for setting up large buildings or farms, Plus the weather was too cold to do much farming. Only certian livestock would of beeen able to have lived during that cold while unlike of Red Rock the livestock could be alot more diverse due to the warm weather year round. Curtis looked upahead at the large town, It wouldn't take them too much longer to get to the front of the town. Alot of shops were probably opening up again from the snow that was going on. They crossed a small bridge that overhanged at small river heading from the mountians towards the ocean. The weather was much warmer today, It reaturned to its normal temperature in the region. Curtis looked off towards the ocean and saw a couple Ships heading east-ward, "They must be heading towards Germany.. or Norway?" The map in Curtis' room gave him a pretty good idea on where the trade ships headed too from Red rock's location, They didn't get very many ships heading West ward unless they were going directly south after wars.

Luna walked along with Curtis, passing farms and cottages set out in the country. The sky was clear and the there were barely any clouds in the sky. There was hardly and indication that there had been a blizzard, save for the cold temperatures and small piles of snowmelt. She looked around as they walked hand-in-hand, everything was so different than berk and hysteria- the two places she had ever lived. "it's amazing, Curtis. It's so cool that this is where you grew up." she said. She looked up at him and smiled. She saw the ships leaving from the port. She wondered where they could be headed to. She wondered what it would be like to see the world like that, be a traveller, see new places all the time. She hadn't seen much of the world. Just these few isles and red rock. She Thought about the distant lands the ships might be sailing off to. The two kept walking and talking a little as they walked.

Finally they approached the crest of a hill and as they reached the peak, she could see th big town. She stared wide-eyed. It was huge! Berk was only a fraction of the size of this place. There were so many bustling crowds of people and...horses! They didn't have those on berk, but she had heard of them. Amd there were so many buitlidongs and dragons and smells and sights, even from here. It was amazing- like nothing she had ever seen. She could hear many noises arising from the town even from here. She Let her eyes feast on the sights. There was so much to take in! They started walking to approach the town. Curtis apparently knew where they were going.

They walked into the streets of the town, Horse walked by with rider's on top. Up above there were smaller dragons perching ontop of roofs with small birds, They wern't terrible terrors, But they were about the same size but much diffrent in looks. Curtis looked around afew of the steets, Eventually they came to a quieter street and Curtis turned down it, People walked by and nodded to them as a hello. The citizens of Red Rock were pretty polite about either saying hello or nodding their head in aknoladgement as a hello. Curtis looked down the store rows and tryed to look for the right one. They walked down the cobblestone path until they got to a store with small hearbs in barrels out front. "Here we are." He brought Luna into the store, A burst of smell hit them. It was nice, There was flowers, Herbs, and small vials of diffrent color powders around the shelves. A woman in her fiftys came out, Gray colored hair but looks of a forty year old. "Hello Madame Crokea." The shopkeeper smiled and nodded, "Hello Curtis." She looked over at Luna and nodded with a smile, "Hello Miss." She then looked at the counter and cleared it of a few vials, "So, What brings you into this store today?" Curtis looked around, "Thought Luna might want to have a look around and you could help her out. There's alot of Herbs here that would be pretty useful and Im sure you have seeds right Madame Crokea?" The shopkeeper smiled and nodded her head gently, "Every herb you find in here I will have pouchs and pouchs of seeds." Curtis looked at Luna, "Well go ahead and start looking around."

"hello, ma'm" she said in reply to the woman's greeting. She seemed nice and curtis seemed aquainted with her. Luna smiled at Curtis and gave his hand a little squeeze before letting go and starting to look around and examine all the things in there. There was so much of it! It must be because more stuff could grow and survive in the mild climate, which seemed ideal for agriculture. As opposed to Berks climate which was fridgid and cold and unconducive for plant growing. She wondered what all these did. "this is amazing" Luna murmured. something's she recognized-- mint, poppy seed, lemon, Dried oak leaf and a few more. But there were alot of things that she had never seen anything like them. The smell of the room reminded her alot of what her house smalled like- all kinds of herbs and plants mingled together. It made her miss home a bit, Amd snip and snatcher. But she knew both er dragons would be well taken care of where they were, she had left them at another villagers house to be cared for in her absence. She picked up some of the foriegn leaves and smelled them. Some smelled nice, others not so much. She picked up a few berries and felt them in her hand. It was nice and warm in here, so Luna decided to unbutton the sweater she was wearing. She glanced back at Curtis just to see what he was doing and found him simply watching her. She smiled a little at him and asked over her shoulder with a smal chortle what?"

Curtis smiled, "Nothing." Madame Corkea walked over to Luna and looked at was in her hands, "Those barries get rid of Fever, Stomach pains, Headaces, Hand pain, and muscle stiffness." The herbs that were found more southern and in this area had alot more uses to them instead of having to need to have abunch of other herbs and barries. "They would have to be mixed with Salt water though, Sea water works perfectly fine with them. That's the only way to be able to get the working affects of the barries to work properly otherwise they do nothing." Curtis just leaned against the counter and watched the two. The lady walked over and grabbed a small six leafed herb that had a small yellow trim around the leafs. "This leaf stops Vomiting for up to about eight hours at the most." She placed it back with the others and then grabbed a small purple barrie. "And let me think what these ones do." She thought for a moment and then smiled, "Ah yes. This barrie only works on Dragons, It helps them sleep while minimizing the affects of everything wrong with them. It dosn't get rid of what ever is bothering our scaley friends but it just helps them." She placed it back in the small basket.

She walked back to the counter and looked at Curtis. "So what dose she do?" Curtis looked at Madame, "She's a Dragon healer." He replied back to her. While Luna was doing what she was doing, When she looked into another Barrel a pair of Deep green eyes popped open at her, A small Dragon that had multiple spikes on it crawled out of the barrel and sniffed Luna before walking over to the counter and hopping up on it. "So that's where Uri was." Curtis laughed petting the head of the small spikey dragon, It had about the same body size as a Terror but it's features were diffrent. It was a Mix between at dark green and black giving it a Mossey kind of look to it. It had avarage eyes, a small spike on it's nose about halfway up. Curtis looked over at Luna, "So. You want to get any seeds from here?" The seeds from this shop were the best you were ever going to find. Their was another seed shop on the far side of town but Curtis felt like it was worth the extra walk to go here instead of there becuase as some of the stor owners say. Quantity dosn't mean Quality. Curtis would rather Quality over quantity any day unless he were to need alot of one thing.

Luna jumped a little when the small dragon popped out of the barrel. She hadn't expected it. The black and green thing wasnt a species she knew. Everything here was so different! Even things she knew back in berk she couldn't be so sure about here. Curtis seemed to know the little dragon. Luna walked over to him and the dragon. She let him smell her before she reached out and scratched it's back. She greeted the dragon in dragonese and smiled when it replied in a surprised voice. Luna laughed "not many people here know dragonese, huh?" she said to Curtis and the woman behind the counter. She heard Curtis ask her if she wanted anything. She smiled. [/b]"I'm not sure if they'll even grow on berk, but I'd like some of those, I can certainly use them if they'll grow."[/b] she said, indicating the last berry she had shown her, the one she had said worked on dragons. The woman nodded And reached over and grabbed a little pouch. She handed the pouch to Luna who took it. Luna smiled and thank her before turning back to Curtis who was still standing over with the little dragon. "where to next?" Luna asked with a smile. The town was so interesting, she wanted to see more of it.

Curtis stepped outside of the store and looked around the stone streets. A couple people passed by and waved to them, Curtis nodded his head back to them and looked down each side of the street. "Let me think for a moment." He stopped and thought for a moment looking around the area. "Come with me." Curtis walked down towards the Docks, They had to turn up and down a couple of streets to get there but eventually they reached and large platform with stairs doing down. Curtis looked around at all the ships, "There's not a whole lot to see here, Just ships and fish." He laughed and looked back, "Come with me." They walked to the other side of town, IT didn't take too long before they reached a large flat area with a large stone pit with barricades around the edges. There was a large dragon with shields on its front legs, and someone with a sword. They seemed to be training for somthing. The sheilds let off a loud cling when they were struck with the sword.

Luna walked along with Curtis, following him closely through the crowded streets. She wasn't used to the big crowds and large amounts of people, and she didn't really like it. All the strangers made her a little uncomfortable. She reached out for curtis' hand and held on tightly. If they got separated here, it would take a very very Long time to find one another again, She definantly Didn't want to get lost from him somewhere she didnt know anyone or where anything was. They weaves quickly through the Streets.

Finally the crowds started to thin out and they approached the shore where the port was. They walked onto the docks and Luna peered over the edge into the water. she glanced at Curtis "what are we doing?" she asked him., wondering what he wanted to see at the docks. She noticed a large dragon and a man with a sword. She wondered what his purpose was in being here. She just followed Curtis quietly, waiting for something to happen.

Curtis watched, "I cant remember what it's called, But it helps the owner and Dragon know what hits would come from where." Curtis looked at Luna, "Let's go look around abit more." Curtis led her back into town, the crowds thinned out abit more then how they were before.

((Time laspe: close to Sundown.))

Curtis walked up to the door of the house and opened it. His Dad was out back with reaper, His mom was out right now so Curtis would have to have his dad tell his mom that they left. The walked out the back door and looked at Slity and Silvia. "You two ready to head back?" Curtis' dad looked over at the two, "You leaving now?" Curtis walked over and got up onto Slity's back, "Yea. Mind telling Mom Ill see her next time?" Curtis' dad nodded his head, "Well. Travel safe then." Curtis helped Luna up onto Slity's back, They were going to arrive at Berk during the night. Probably early night though, Silvia jumped up onto Slity's back aswell. "Cya Dad." Slity took off and started flying north again to Berk. Red Rock disapeered from sight as they moved away. "So, How did you like that." He turned his head around and leaned back kissing Luna on the cheek.

Luna smiled as Curtis leaned back and kissed her cheek. Once he looked forward again, Luna set her head on his shoulder in front of her and smiled. "I loved it" she said to him. She looked off towards the horizon. The day was beginning to draw to a close, and the sun was slowly slipping below the edge of the sea. Setting to end the day and begin it again tomorrow once the time came. The clouds spread Across The sky, filling with the light draining from the sky. So many colors spread across the heavens as the sun made it's descent. She wondered why. It wasn't like it was a spiecal occasion or something , it happened every day. So why did it happen? There were so many things like this she would like to know. But the colors tonight were exaptionally beautiful as they illuminated the sky with firey power and light. The clouds were golden and the sky was purple and pink. She had never seen a sunset quite like this. And she had a feeling the stars were going to be amazing tonight too. She didn't know why, she just had a feeling. It seemed like it was going to be that kind of a night, simply gorgeous. Luna reached for curtis' hand and murmured "isnt it beautiful?"

Curtis smiled and nodded his head at Luna. "Yea. It is Beutiful." Slity flapped his wings afew times, He looked around the sky. Curtis looked over at Slity who knows what he was looking at. If looking at anything that is, Curtis adjusted himself abit and got confortable on Slity's back. The sky started to get darker and they drew closer to the Island of Berk again, Curtis smiled looking around again and scratched Slity's neck, "Not too much further Bud." Slity gave of a small happy noise back to Curtis as a response. Time went on, Silvia had fallen asleep. She was probably pretty tired but who knows for sure. Curtis squinted his eyes and looked up ahead and around for Lights, Probably the only way to Find Berk at this time was to look for lights on the side of a hill, It was pretty useful he guessed. Curtis eventually saw small sparks of lights appear from the deep, black darkness that was the deathly night. Slity flew towards it and a a couple mintues after He landed near Luna's house. "Were back."

Luna smiled as they slowly touched down behind her house and Curtis said 'were back'. It was already good to be back, not that she hadnt had a great time. It had been wonderful. Spending so much time with just Curtis had been really nice. She let her arms go from around him so he could dismount. He slid off before turning around to face her and help her off. He waited for her to be ready. For a moment, she just sat there and smiled at him. Then she leaned forward slightly and swung her leg over So she was perched on slity's back with both her legs on one side. Curtis reaches up and gently put his hands on her hips to help lower her to the ground. She let him start lowering her but halfway Down she wrapped her arms around his neck and wrapped her legs around his waist. He seemed surprised at first but then she felt him put his arm under her to support her. She looked into his eyes and pushed some hair that was hanging in his face away. She was going to miss him tonight when it came time to sleep, she hoped she wouldnt have trouble falling asleep tonight. She whispered "thank you, Curtis. I had a wonderful time." and she kissed him for awhile, not even acknowledging time. When they had pulled away from one another Curtis lowered her down the rest of the way and gently set her feet on the ground. She gave him a long tight squeeze before whispering "I love you, Curtis. Good night." and walking off into the darkness to her home. It was good to be back.
